Awesome, went to Tire Kingdom on main. Had a nail in the tire. They said it was too close to the sidewall to fix and wanted $275 for a new tire. It clearly was not near the sidewall. Went to Yelp and found this place .5 miles away. Plugged it an on our way in 10 minutes. We will be back for all our tire needs. read more

Honest, fast, excellent service. I brought my wife's tire in with a screw in the back passenger tire. I also had been told by the dealership that she needed front tires. They checked the front tires told me to wait another couple of months, and then removed the screw and rotated the tires for $25. He easily could have lied about the front tires or the patch, but instead offered honest, affordable, excellent service! Highly recommended! read more

Zero professionalism. Walked in to get a patch for my tire one guy was trying to flirt then went to my car drove it erratically. About 5 minutes later another guy came up to the front and went "PSST" with his mouth to get my attention... said it was a screw in the tire I asked if the tire was good to go and he replied yes with an attitude. The entire interaction was extremely awkward and made me uncomfortable. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. He is a total theif. He sucked me in because he is good at plugging tires. THATS IT!! I had him work on a tiny oil leak that i had and it turned into a whole production. He charged me on a reciept for a new gasket. Which he did not do because it was still leaking after he charged me hundreds of dollars. When i took my car to a different mechanic he told me that it was never fixed and that there was no gasket. all he did was put some goop on it to try to stop the leak which didnt work. I contacted the BBB and he said that i did not have a gasket and he was sorry that i wasnt happy with his work. I have a hand written receipt that said that he replaced the gasket when the BBB confronted him he said that i did not have a gasket.. WTH... TERRIBLE...rip off. stay away... Ive been in Dunedin for 40 yrs and i have no idea how he stays in business ripping innocent women off.. i work hard for my money and he took advantage of me. read more

Nail in tire = help! Stopped in for them to check out my tire. He pulled the nail and said there is no leak as it wasn't long enough to puncture the inside wall. I explained I had to fill it with air. So he sprayed the entire tire and looked for leaks. Nothing. Well that is good news for me. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. I told him that he spent his time helping me and I am happy to pay him something. He said no. Bring it back when something else happens and he can fix it for me. Alrighty then. I came here for 2 used rear tires and an oil change. After a couple days I started having a whole new slew of problems that I never had before!!!! All of a sudden my cars RPM starting skyrocketing at a low speed, feeling like it was in cruise control--even would remain driving while in neutral. Then all of a sudden a strange metal scraping sound from my passenger side front tire. And then to top it all off, my rear passenger tire almost FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING!!!!!! Felt like it was wobbling and all this smoke started coming out!! Brought it to another shop and somehow the wheel bearing and cap were missing!!! So now I have to pay $240 to repair this!! NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! I wish I would've thoroughly read the reviews before I went! I now see on other review sites that many others have had issues with this place too!!! Oh and the guy (not John) but some other guy put the rear tire on, he didn't even know how to drive a manual so go figure this is the tire that almost fell off! read more

This guy is a total scammer and a thief. Avoid going here if you can. He's rude, argumentative, and his prices aren't even good considering that it's a "mom and pop" shop. He doesn't stand behind his work or his tires. Listen to this, pay attention, true story: I had a leaky tire, he told me that it couldn't be fixed because the hole was in the sidewall, but he offered to sell me a "used" tire for $75 and dispose of my old tire. A week later the same tire (the used one he sold me) was leaking so I stopped at a Tire Kingdom to have it fixed. The Tire Kingdom guy pulled off the leaky tire and showed me that there was a patch on the sidewall of my tire. The guy from Tire and Auto Tech had patched my original tire (with a hole in the sidewall) and sold it back to me! I am 100% serious. When I went back to Tire and Auto Tech to get a refund the owner denied it, told me he'd never seen me before, bla bla... worthless. Unfortunately I had paid cash so I have very little recourse. He's a jerk and gives immigrants a bad name. Do NOT trust this guy. read more

I brought my 2015 Challenger Scat Pack and my 2015 Challenger Hellcat to them to have tires put on the cars. I ordered the tires from TireRack, and had them delivered to my house. The guys at Tire and Auto Tech took my old tires off and put the new tires on for $30 each wheel. They did and awesome job and caused no damage. A friend of mine's son blew out his tire yesterday morning - after a scary and stressful morning she brought the car to this shop, discussed some problems with the car and left with the understanding that they would call her later in the day to discuss options. When they did call - she was informed that they put 4 new tires on the car and it would cost over $400 - she told them she never agreed to that and asked them to take the tires off. They claimed they couldn't do that because they wouldn't be able to resell the tires if they did and she either had to pay or she didn't have a car. Absolutely terrible, predatory business practice. This is a shop she trusted and they took advantage of her. Customers beware. read more

Came in with a tire that needed to be patched, I was told that the tire was beyond repair and would need to be replaced. I brought in a brand new tire that I had purchased from somewhere else and asked them to put it on my car. I then payed $20 to put the tire on the car and two weeks later I looked at the tire and realized that it wasn't the tire I gave them. They STOLE the brand new tire I gave them to put on my car and then they placed a tire with only 15% of its tread left (a different brand then the tire I gave him) They refused to resolve the issue so I had to buy yet another tire. Please don't come here unless you want to be stolen from. read more

Couple days letter my alternator and belt they put on snaps. Ask guy for a refund and he blames it on alternator when before I left to get alternator belt replaced her tires blaming it on alternator when he told me the alternator on vehicle was safe to drive when it wasn't! I have used this tire and auto service place multiple times for tire repair, purchase of tires for multiple vehicles, and minor repairs and maintenance of vehicles. John is always ready to do business, does great work, stands behind his word, gives great prices. It looks like a place that is an old fashioned "grease monkey" auto repair, and that's fine with me because his attitude, get it done, and treat me right price, will keep me coming back. Buyer beware! My sister's car was making a "clunking" noise and her regular repair shop was busy. After $400, when she drove her car home the "clunking" was louder, stronger and the whole front end was shaking. She returned the next day but when she left the shop it sounded exactly the same. Finally, her regular repair shop was able to look at her car. They said they found a broken lug on her tire, loose screws and a ball joint installed backwards which could have actually been life-threatening. read more
