I think it was 15 minutes that I was there from start to finish. It may not have been the cheapest oil change even though I got the middle of the road synthetic oil, but I could say that with two oil filter changes, oil and my $15 off - I felt like it was well worth it . My first oil change at the Ford dealer service department took 3.5 hours and the service advisor spent 15 minutes trying to upsell me services for a vehicle with 6000 miles on it. I left without getting an oil change (after 4 hours) on my second appointment at Ford. Never again!!!
