I had attempted to fix my own drivers door handle on 08 Colorado had everything done but the tention rod kept coming put. I called Randy's as they have worked on my truck before and thought that they're also maybe something wrong with the locking mechanism so I left my driver's door or parked and Randy said they would look at it. ​ drove it to the shop and once I was in the office Bob came out to look at it since I had everything still apart already and within 10 to 15 minutes with Bob looking at it and messing with a couple was discovered that my tention rod for the handle wasn't snapped in property so thank you for helping read more

Randy is a lifesaver! Our car broke down Mother's Day Sunday. I called Randy's on Monday morning to see if I could have my car towed in to be looked at that day or the following (I know how crazy schedules are so I was not holding my breath!). They told me to bring it in and they would be able to take a look later that day! I was so relieved. When the diagnosis ended up being terrible - I could tell Randy truly hated having to deliver the bad news. Luckily I have an extended care plan from our dealer - and when I told Randy he was genuinely so excited for me because he knew that would cover the repair. He contacted the company to advise on next steps and he called me back immediately after to give me the directive. Every time I spoke to Randy he was patient in explaining things to me, and was truly SO kind. During a terribly stressful situation, he was honestly a bright light. Hi my name is Lisa i am a widow with 2 children and 2 grandchildren I clean for a living and just resigned from a cooking job at night needing dependable vehicles also for every day life. Called my father he said Lisa call Randy's automotive, He said you remember the gentleman I trusted for my repairs. I have been sketchy forever and rather repair my own vehicles. However not having larger equipment I am unable to do some repairs and need a reliable, trustworthy auto repair shop. So I believe in my dad who was in the car racing circuit, also had his own gas station repair shop, built race cars for some of the well known racers. SO I CALLED RANDYS. To my surprise GOD had found our family a reputable, reliable and trustworthy shop. I was hearing this god awful noise and the vehicle was pulling to the right. I called Randy his right hand man Charlie answered and said bring it right in. My father met me there. My dad was week due to needing to eat. While waiting on the rental car Randy ran to the closest store got a few snacks containing peanut butter and returned said here my father started to feel better. We soon left. While at work the next day received a call it was Randy he said Lisa your vehicle is ready earlier than expected. Wow it ran so amazing and he also turned my rotors no charge saying i wasn't allowing you to drive out of here unsafe. The last mechanic that did my breaks never turned them And needed it. Randy saved me yet again. I was driving down the road approximately 2-3 days later and yet another mishap. I called Randy 8am he was in bible study he not only said have the vehicle towed in but he took the time To pray for me. I haven't ever heard of this; a mechanic who takes time out to pray with me, takes time to listen, makes sure it's correctly done, drove with me to make sure I didn't have any other issues, drives to the store to make sure my father is medically ok, gets repairs done in a timely manner, very professional and is a human..
