Rio, where I another expensive repair done, was between the highest and lowest estimate. After discussing the issue with Richard, the owner of Rio, I decided to have him do the work. They had it for 10 weeks and didn't fix it. They are horrendous people who have no clue how to run a business. They say I didn't give her the claim information for the second claim but a claim adjuster called me, asked for my recorded statement, so I know they had a claim number somewhere because I didn't call them.
