But then I met Brittany at a Largo Body Shop, who is a total life saver in more ways than one. She was so pleasant to deal with, explained what needed to be done and what she is charging for, and sent me clear estimates literally minutes after I brought my car in. The damage to my car was pretty extensive so there were many parts that needed to be ordered that arrived at separate times. That being the case, Brittany made sure to keep me constantly updated regarding the arrival the parts so I was able to schedule my car drop off accordingly around my schedule. In the end, all the body work on my car was amazing! Looks brand new! Very lucky I found this spot!

I called, spoke to Mike, and a very smooth process started. Mike clearly communicated the plan and schedule after insurance said what they would estimate to fix it and Mike agreed it could be done for that price. I dropped the car off, at a very clean and comfortable facility. It was fixed ahead of schedule. I paid (since the other driver's insurance had reimbursed me) and all is well! This whole thing started with a person hitting my car in a parking lot. After I got video proving who was at fault, their insurance decided to address the matter and everything ended well. Thank you Mike and Robert's Collision Center for being so easy to work with and fixing my car. Life is good when a unfamiliar process ends well.

CONSIDER GETTING OTHER QUOTES…read more I came here to get a quote and let them know upfront that I would be going through my insurance. After a very brief look at my vehicle--seemed like15 seconds--they told me the repairs would take at least two weeks and made it sound as though my entire front bumper would need to be reconstructed. The assessment felt very quick and excessive, especially given the limited time they spent actually inspecting the damage. Based on past experiences where I've had more significant damage repaired in a similar timeframe, this estimate did not feel realistic. The explanation also lacked detail, which made it hard to feel confident in how they arrived at that conclusion. Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncertain about the transparency of the process and whether the scope and timeline of repairs were being overstated. Since I am able to choose where my vehicle is repaired, I decided to get additional quotes. I ultimately went with Largo Auto Body, where the experience was completely different. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, clearly explained what repairs might be needed, and walked me through the quote in a straightforward and transparent way--including possible additional items if they became necessary. Their estimated repair time was also significantly shorter and felt much more reasonable. I also didn't like that I was told that my insurance will approve the additional time for me to have a rental which I actually would have exceeded, so I'm not sure if they believe my insurance would just happily add as many days as they felt they needed to fix the damage. Because of the contrast between the two experiences, I felt far more comfortable moving forward with Largo Auto Body. * this was my experience and my personal view on the experience.
