Hostile experience in a Largo mobile home park today here in Largo. While there to help my mom unload after a trip to Costco, a driver snapped a pic of my car at 252, jimmied and lifted my car @258 while I'm literally sitting in the front seat of it. They're obviously trying to make easy $$ by prowling on our 55+ up community. My mother is 78 years old...& this is how this company is choosing to treat their senior citizen neighbors. Despicable. 73.50$ drop fee later, I'm not happy & will be cross posting reviews for them everywhere possible. These people are hacks. Towed my truck when they saw a parking pass and said it wasn't hanging ... caused damage and said it was already there. They claim they had pictures but will not provide them. I suggest everyone call the better business bbb with the claims. I also suggest getting an attorney to sue for any damages. Terrible people terrible business and very shady unprofessional. HORRIBLE PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS , i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody if it had to be the last choice. everyone that works there has attitude problems. The facility that they towed my car too says OPEN 24 hours & NOBODY works or stays on that property AT ALL. waited 2 HOURS for somebody to arrive on site after calling a hour ahead of time , letting them know that i was coming. they said give 30 min notice after i gave an hour notice & still had to wait 2 HOURS TO GET MY CAR BACK . the absolute worst place ever. I'm on vacation with my family for the week and we parked in a spot at CVS, my mom was inside and the rest of us walked around the corner to place a to-go order at a restaraunt. about 20 minutes later we see the tow truck pass by with our rental attached to the back. we immediately called this company to see why in the world they towed our van when my mother was INSIDE CVS pharmacy. they said that someone called and reported us - no way. once they gave us the address of where they took the car, we ordered an Uber and headed there. Upon arrival there was nobody in the building so we called to see what was going on. We WAITED AN HOUR OUTSIDE DURING A THUNDERSTORM before anyone showed up to release the van back to us after paying $175. the manager or whoever we called were extremely unprofessional and rude telling us that they will get there whenever they feel like it etc. the hositlity and rudeness of these people is absolutely insane and had no compassion whatsoever. had me and my entire family standing outside in the pouring rain with a CHILD. if I could give no star review I would. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst towing service ever. My car is registered with my apartment complex I JUST moved into and they towed my car on the second night and charged me $160 for the 2 miles they took it down the street. They didn't care that I had just moved in and hadn't even been there a full 48 hours. Then it took them 15 minutes to arrive to the tow yard where my car was stored meanwhile it's raining and I'm soaking wet from having to wait outside. Then while committing highway robbery with the cost to tow the car 2 miles they forced me to continue to stand outside in the rain while the guy took my payment. Not to mention they weren't going to release my car to me bc I didn't have the registration or the title but I did have a letter from the DMV stating I owned the car but they weren't originally going to accept that document. i would give zero stars if i could. i am from GA and was in the area for my grandpa's funeral. we stopped at a CVS to use the restroom to find out they have no public toilets. we walked right next door to another place used the bathroom and come back to an empty parking spot. mind you the spot said "30 minute parking". we were not gone long at all and they still towed our car. my mom has medical issues so we were doing all we could to find her a bathroom to come out to this BS. we proceeded to call them and find out what the hell is going on and get over to the lot and the car hadn't even been there two minutes so we barely missed them. and like i said we were gone 25 minutes so i guess they just sit around waiting to screw up people's life. the guy at the place was rude and acted like he hated the world (no acknowledgment or eye contact). he rudely questioned us about things like our address and my moms name. Which made absolutely zero sense. not only this he wanted to take my mom behind a gate ALONE meanwhile he looked like a dang crack head so he had me missed up if he thought i wasn't going to keep my eyes on her. we have been through enough trauma, we didn't need this. Tried to call and peacefully resolve a vehicle that was towed without legal authorization (I am an owner of the private property). I was STUNNED at how blatantly nasty the phone operator "Lee" became, after I went into the conversation very calm and polite. I explained the events and gave proper reasoning that the tow was unauthorized and even offered to pay a reasonable fee to cover towing expenses. Lee started her rant with "I don't mean to sound blunt/rude, but..." and ended with "$500 is the best I'll do, take it or leave it." before hanging up. As a business owner, I've never come across someone so vulgar and nasty. Keep in mind bad attitudes on the towing end are an equal part of the auto body end of this place... read more

Watch out for these scam artists! Towed my Dads truck yesterday from a public street with no signs stating there was no parking. Also told him he had to pick up his truck before 5 when they close, except they state they are open 24 hours. Oh did I mention they told him he had to pay cash? They told him the home owner didn't want him parked in front of their house on a public road. One last thing when confronted with the illegal tow they tried to say my dad had parked on someone's lawn up to their flower bed, but no evidence to suggest this is true at all. I feel they are going above the law and also according to the FL state laws they had no right to tow this vehicle. read more
