It didn't hold and kept coming loose. We had to cut a third off the bumper to avoid tearing it off completely. We got estimates from three places and Carsmetics was lower by several hundred dollars. They also arranged for a great rate on a rental car, even shuttled us to rental car and arranged to drop off the rental car at their office. They were very helpful and informative the entire time. We dropped our van off at 8:30 AM and they said it would take two days. But the next day they called us and said it was ready! It looked beautiful. We were very pleased with the whole process. Well, since Crash Champions has unfortunately had to fix my car twice now I thought I'd update my…read morereview. I had such a great experience my first time that I insisted they fix it the second. When I asked progressive to take my car to CC they said they were backed up & wouldn't get me in for months. I said I'd like to call them myself & ask. They got me in immediately! I was given a completion date of 1/7. It was ready 12/30. I dropped it off 12/23. They closed early for Christmas Eve & were closed Christmas Day. They still had my car ready & detailed a full week early! I expected it to hit delays with the holidays but was ecstatic to have my car back early. Everything was perfect. Matt kept me informed & even called me early on 12/30 to let me know my car was waiting to be detailed & I could then pick it up. He then called to let me know it would be ready to go by 4:15pm. I'm not sure what's up with some of these negatives here but I've personally used this shop twice now. I've also referred 2 others. Not once have we ever had any issues. This is an excellent body shop with prompt & accurate customer service. A body shop that follows through & keeps you updated along the way. You've got it all at crash champions! CONSIDER GETTING OTHER QUOTES…read more I came here to get a quote and let them know upfront that I would be going through my insurance. After a very brief look at my vehicle--seemed like15 seconds--they told me the repairs would take at least two weeks and made it sound as though my entire front bumper would need to be reconstructed. The assessment felt very quick and excessive, especially given the limited time they spent actually inspecting the damage. Based on past experiences where I've had more significant damage repaired in a similar timeframe, this estimate did not feel realistic. The explanation also lacked detail, which made it hard to feel confident in how they arrived at that conclusion. Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncertain about the transparency of the process and whether the scope and timeline of repairs were being overstated. Since I am able to choose where my vehicle is repaired, I decided to get additional quotes. I ultimately went with Largo Auto Body, where the experience was completely different. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, clearly explained what repairs might be needed, and walked me through the quote in a straightforward and transparent way--including possible additional items if they became necessary. Their estimated repair time was also significantly shorter and felt much more reasonable. I also didn't like that I was told that my insurance will approve the additional time for me to have a rental which I actually would have exceeded, so I'm not sure if they believe my insurance would just happily add as many days as they felt they needed to fix the damage. Because of the contrast between the two experiences, I felt far more comfortable moving forward with Largo Auto Body. * this was my experience and my personal view on the experience.
