I had to wait almost a full month for them to finally get the emblem in and schedule me to come back. When I returned to have it installed, they put the emblem on crooked and not straight at all. I called immediately to let them know and Joey told me there was nothing he could do because his team used the "styrofoam guide" that comes with the emblem and therefore claimed it should be straight. Even after admitting the issue, he refused to fix the poor workmanship unless I paid more money for additional parts to correct their mistake. This was extremely unprofessional, and I'm disappointed that after paying so much, I still left with sloppy work and no accountability. I would not recommend Carsmetics to anyone.

I am unsure of next steps but what this business did is unacceptable and I'll be looking into where it can be reported/investigated.
