Worked with me to pick me up, drop my car off at a repair place nearby and bring me back home. Also gave me a great tip on charging my battery in the future as well. My car rental needed to be traded due to mechanical issues and Cameron was so kind and efficient. I was given a 4-6 hour timeline for the exchange from Budget Rental. We had called JB Xtreme towing to get a package quote to pick up and deliver 2 motorhomes we had purchased, we thought the quote was fair and we liked their reviews as well. The communication right from the start was very disappointing we were scheduled for pickup Friday the 24th to have the 2008 four winds Mandalay 43a picked up first thing in the morning, so that morning we had called their office just to confirm we were still on target for the pickup and delivery for that morning with Katie, she had said yes John had just left the yard and he was on his way to pick up the 1st motorhome and we were on track for approximately 12 noon. So 12 noon had came and gone with no communication whatsoever so we had called the office again, nobody new nothing at the moment, finally after looking further into their dispatch they said they had to send the driver off on another call that he is still on track to pick up the Motorhome and that he would have it picked up soon and that it would still be delivered that day, there was absolutely no communication that day whatsoever. They finally showed up at 5:45 pm, the motorhome was delivered with damage to the front lower control arms, when they dropped the Coach the wheels buckled under the weight of the motorhome both lower control arms were snapped in half due to the negligence of the tow truck driver lifting the Coach, John then lifted the Coach back up so we could get it in position to deliver it to the yard, he then bent the frame on the generator doing so. We then were told by John that the front Generator slide out cover blew off, he had drove with the cover open, it should have been secured and or closed, it was terribly damaged. The next Coach delivery pickup communication went the same way with absolutely no communication whatsoever, we were scheduled to have our 2013 Georgetown Forest River picked up on Monday the 27th first thing in the morning, we had called to confirm the appointment, again Katie had told us that John had just left the lot to pick up the Coach and that we are on track for a afternoon delivery, hours went by still didn't here from them, we had called 3 other times that afternoon to confirm they were still coming and yes, we were still promised that John was on his way for pickup and we were still on track for delivery. They finally had told us the truth it was not going to be delivered that day do to signing into a App they were not aware of, they said that it was going to haft to be rescheduled for the next day. The next day we had confirmed delivery from Katie that John was at the location to pickup the Coach. 3 hours later Katie has informed us that John was having issues getting the sliders shut that he would be here soon. 2:00 pm John finally shows up explaining the issues he had getting the sliders shut, he told us he had to dismantle all the pump hydraulic lines so he took them off completely, to release the pressure so he could close the sliders, we asked him did you put them back in the same order that you had taken them off or at least take pictures of some sort, or a diagram, John said no that he just slapped them back together he said it wasn't a big deal, but guess what it was a big deal the siders and the jacks work together now, its a total mess, we talked to a mechanic and he said that the lines should never have been dismantled that they should have been just cracked open to bleed the lines just so the sliders would go back in. The mechanic said that it will be a very time consuming and expensive job to figure out the lines, there are 12 hydraulic lines connected out of sequence, we are so very frustrated at our experience with JB XTREME TOWNING, the lack of experience is very frustrating and costly. The sad thing is the sliders work there were no issues, until John created them. As much as I hate writing bad reviews this one was needed, do not use them for towing your Motorhomes/Coaches. read more

Terrible service! This is how my car was initially dropped off & left by the driver. My neighborhood HOA has been complaining as it's clearly in the grass & almost in my neighbors yard! My car needs repairs so I can't turn it on &/or back it up myself, which the driver was evidently aware of. For several days I've been calling the dispatcher, speaking to the SAME woman who has constantly lied (EACH & EVERY DAY) saying that she's gonna send someone out to place it in my driveway correctly. I've even sent her pictures & was reassured that someone will come back out. After waiting at home & by the phone for days, no shows up and I get the SAME lies when I call back. My man has been parking by the road which is ANOTHER thing we've been getting complaints about since my car is at the very end of our driveway & also its blocking the sidewalk. RIDICULOUS! & to think I really tipped the driver. Smh! AWFUL service! I will be reporting them to my insurance company as well! read more

They give you hope and tell you they are heading your way but stop replying then when you contact them they make an excuse and say the driver is heading your way as well as increasing the quote from $105 to $225 is crazy but then they proceed to cancel 20 mins later because they suddenly didn't want to do the job. I would not recommend this company. I needed to get my car towed to the dealer. They sent this company. ETA was originally one hour but turned into two, since the driver was getting "gas" when he was getting food. The driver missed me by one block and I had to give him directions on how to get to me. He ended up scratching my car with the corner of the flatbed. I called the company on the phone while the driver was still there. The receptionist said that the manager will call me back. Since 3/8/22, no one has called me. I have been calling and was told at one point that the manager would call me and then was told that the owner, John, would call me.
