We showed up the next morning ready to pay and get the car out with all sorts of obstacles (fence locked - no answering the phone) on how to even get into their location / they told us to park in another parking lot that wasn't theirs. (I asked them if I would be towed for parking there - he said no ) And after telling us that it would be $220 to pick it up they added another $30 for storage while checking out. I will be reporting this to the county. I have all the video proof as there are cameras on the vehicle. Hope you sleep well being a predatory company who picks on 20 something girls who just needed to pee. And trust me I'm not one of those parents who side with their kids - if anything i usually think they're to blame. But I've seen the proof already.
