Fix To Go's recent Yelp reviews were very good! So we quickly changed plans with AAA, and called ahead, explaining to Manager Bacardi the situation. He was straightforward with us, agreed with me on my guess (it was the starter), and gave us an accurate quote. Barcadi's team quickly sourced and replaced the starter, and noticed the brakes were in desperate need of pad replacement. The total price was not bad at all! Soon we were confidently back on the road with new starter and brake pads. We are so thankful to the team at Fix To Go Auto Care Center for being honest and skillful mechanics in our time of need.

I've gone back three different times, and they still haven't fixed it. I went back again today, and instead of solving the problem, they just told me to come back on Friday. To make things even worse, I asked for the manager's phone number so I could discuss the issue, and they refused to give it to me. That's completely unprofessional. When a customer has to keep coming back for the same problem, the least you can do is let them speak to a manager. I've wasted my time, gas, and patience because they can't do a basic alignment correctly. I paid for a service that was never properly completed. I would not trust this location with my car, and I definitely won't be coming back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
