absolutely livid- dropped my car to have the air filter replaced and the guy at the counter wouldn't give me a price quote before I left and told me to pay when I picked up. nothing was emailed to me to confirm a price, and when I go to pick it up i'm charged almost $90 for the air filter. this is an insane markup and one I was NOT comfortable paying. I explained the situation to a different guy at the counter when I went to pay and received zero empathy- he just said he wasn't the guy who was here before and shrugged it off. I will never return here again EDIT: shortly after posting my review Leonard called me back in and offered me a refund due to the miscommunication. i'm changing my rating due to this gesture as it was very appreciated. they work was solid, I was just disappointed in the lack of price transparency. I may return, I may not, but either way I wouldn't leave my car there without an itemized list of costs in the future in my hands so I know what to expect. thank you Leonard, you are an upstanding guy for recognizing this made me uncomfortable and working to make it right read more

(1/5) Absolutely terrible experience. I paid for a wheel alignment, and my steering wheel was still crooked when I left. I've gone back three different times, and they still haven't fixed it. I went back again today, and instead of solving the problem, they just told me to come back on Friday. To make things even worse, I asked for the manager's phone number so I could discuss the issue, and they refused to give it to me. That's completely unprofessional. When a customer has to keep coming back for the same problem, the least you can do is let them speak to a manager. I've wasted my time, gas, and patience because they can't do a basic alignment correctly. I paid for a service that was never properly completed. I would not trust this location with my car, and I definitely won't be coming back. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

it was horrible the guy Connor or ai don't remember his name was very rude . His excuse was that he couldn't give me and exact time because the guy was in lunch !!!!! he was rude and he was laughing at me totally disrespectful! it was absolutely awful! i do not recommend this place. read more

Only 1 car in shop when I arrived and 4 workers present. Dragged their feet for one hour and 45 minutes to change the oil, two tires, and an alignment. putting the Car on rack and Oil drain took about 45 minutes One worker should have done the complete job in 30-40 minutes tops. They could have helped each other and had a very happy customer. Don't Go here! I won't go back and have a free lifetime alignment. I've been there to get the alignment 5 times and they made excuses not to do it 3 out of the 5 times. I'm not sure about pricing but the final price seemed higher then what it should've been also. read more

I took my car in to have my brakes checked due to a grinding sound. They quoted me 1000 to have my rotors and brakes fixed. I decided to go somewhere else, thankfully I did! We popped the hood and the garage left my brake fluid cap off. Thankfully I wasn't driving long without it, but I feel like you should always double check to make sure the caps are back on. read more

Typical oil change and tire rotation. My TPMS sensor for my left front tire lit up this morning. Tire pressure was fine. I think I have a bad sensor. Turns out when Firestone did the rotation they did not recalibrate the TPMS sensors. It was the left rear tire that was low on air and a slow leak. How did I figure this out, well the rear tire was flat after work. Confirmed by the tire place I went to. read more

I had to get my oil changed here. The person who changed my oil did not change my alert in my prius to reflect I had an oil change and I had to go back to firestone. The person who reset my car had to look on a youtube video to see how to reset my car. I let the manager know and he argued with me about my having to come back. unfortunate experience, hopefully this is not the norm. read more

Leonard was awful, incompetent and deceptive! At 3:30 in the afternoon with a flat tire that had a chunk gashed at the edge of the tread and sidewall, Leonard said that it would take them about 1.5 hours for them to plug the hole from the inside?! Never left the air conditioning front desk to look at my tire! read more

Made an appointment for a simple oil change and was treated the worst I have ever been treated at any Firestone! The guy at the front desk was extremely rude! I tried to tell him that my car was under two different names and he refused to look up the information under the other name! I will not be returning to this location EVER!!! ***after the vehicle inspection they came back with needing to replace my cabin air filter and my car doesn't even have one!!!! read more

Twelve years ago Firestone had quality service. Took all three of my cars there for routine maintenance and tires. Now I'm disputing with them for mistakes they've made from a simple oil change and tire rotation. Long story short the driver side bearing assembly was damaged by the on duty mechanic. They replaced for free as they should after 7 days. Then the rotor on the same side started showing uneven wear and they tried to charge me for a rotor replacement for both front to include pads. They're reasoning is it was the wrong size rotor for this model. They were the ones that replaced them in 2006 to begin with. There was minimal wear on both pad and rotor as I seldom drove the car. I'm disappointed as former loyal customer. read more

I came here last week for tires. At first I was happy because they quoted me a great price and were able to fit me in when I had time. While changing my tires, they called me to tell me I desperately needed brake pads and rotors. They told me it was a dire situation and they highly recommended the $520 service for "safety". I have a friend who works on cars and figured I should talk to him first. He went to change my brakes this morning and my pads arent even half worn, and the rotors are in totally fine condition. I felt like because I'm a female they were totally taking advantage and trying to get money out of me. Shows you cannot trust anyone. Do not take your car here unless you know what you're talking about. I will not be back. read more

I took my car in to get a tire plugged in FEBRUARY of this year. I waited and waited for my car to get done. After waiting an hour I was finally called to the counter to pay and be on my way to work. Much to my surprise they did much more than just plug my tire....they apparently looked for "recommended services" to be done on my car. I'm handed an estimate for $417.78 AND I'm told they highly recommend replacing my battery. Needless to say, I did none of those things. We are in December now (10 months later) and guess what....I just had a trustworthy place I always go to for work on my car check my battery and is still fine. They also didn't recommend the work that was recommended in FEBRUARY. My car is fine. Not only will I never go back to Firestone I will make sure everyone I know hears of how they operate their business. I went for a plug in my tire, I did not give permission to comb through my car to look for ways to get more money from me. read more

They did an amazing job with my car and the services. My boyfriend is a licensed mechanic and they even let him go back and look at exactly what they were talking about. Amazing service. read more

Good if you only want new tires or an oil change. Had an issue on the interstate where my engine was whining and the RPM would spike followed by the car not being able to accelerate. Eventually the car was not operable because of it. I had the car taken to Firestone. They tell me that the cause of the problem was the alternator and battery. I get those replaced. Jump ahead two months. First time driving on the interstate since the car issues. Same exact problem from the first time occurs. the engine is whining and the RPM jumps followed by the car not being able to accelerate. I take the car back to Firestone because they have a policy that says if they didn't fix the problem the first time, then they will do it again free of charge. This time they tell me that the issue is the transmission (two other sources also confirm to me that it was the transmission this time). They also inform me that they do not have any one qualified to do transmission work. This was not the biggest deal. I understand that not every garage is going to have someone qualified to do transmission. My issue comes with the following. Since Firestone is unable to fix the transmission, I wanted a refund on the $1000 they charged me for the service the first time where they did not properly diagnose the issue and allowed me to drive a vehicle that was not road safe on the road. Rather, they tell me two things. 1.) it is extremely likely that the RPM spike and engine whining followed by the car not being able to accelerate were caused by something completely different two months ago compared to the new issue of the transmission being out. 2.) When I push them on how unlikely it is to have two different issues within a two month span that only occur when I drive long distance at a high speed on the interstate, they tell me that it actually is highly possible. In fact, they go on to tell me plenty of rare things that they have seen since working like someone getting new tires and those new tires getting flat right after they got them on because the person ran over a nail (how that is a related incidence is beyond me...) They also tell me that there in no way to prove what the issue was the first time because they had nothing in their notes about it. Nothing in their notes? So now it is my fault that they didn't record any notes the first time about what my issue was when I told them exactly what happened the first time? Maybe I am fishing here, but it seems more likely that they are trying to avoid giving me a refund or honoring their policy of fixing the issue if they don't fix it the first time. In the end, they 'generously' gave me back $100 of the $1000 they charged me. How kind... It is safe to say that I will not be going back to Firestone. The service I received was unacceptable. read more

I took my car in to get the tires replaced, but they also looked at my car to see if they could find anything else to replace. They wanted to replace my air filter, saying that it was "dirty". I replaced the air filter myself 6 months prior, so I knew they were being deceitful and turned down everything that could have been "wrong". On my drive home, I noticed that the car sounded funny. I looked at the air filter and it was not put in correctly. If this place can't put an air filter in right, I'm not trusting this place with my car again read more
