Exceptional Service -- Landon Was a Lifesaver…read more I cannot say enough good things about Landon and Mauss Towing & Recovery Tampa Bay. From the very beginning, Landon was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind -- the type of person you immediately feel relieved to have show up when you're dealing with car trouble. He communicated clearly about timing, arrived quickly, and handled everything with total confidence and care. What really stood out was how respectful and thorough he was. He treated my vehicle like it was his own, made sure everything was secured properly, and turned what could've been a stressful situation into a smooth, easy experience. It's rare these days to find a towing company that combines efficiency, fairness, and outstanding customer service, but Landon absolutely delivers. If you need a tow in the Tampa Bay area, this is the company to call -- no question. Highly recommend Mauss Towing & Recovery, and a huge thank-you to Landon for going above and beyond.
