After a very brief look at my vehicle--seemed like15 seconds--they told me the repairs would take at least two weeks and made it sound as though my entire front bumper would need to be reconstructed. The assessment felt very quick and excessive, especially given the limited time they spent actually inspecting the damage. Based on past experiences where I've had more significant damage repaired in a similar timeframe, this estimate did not feel realistic. The explanation also lacked detail, which made it hard to feel confident in how they arrived at that conclusion. Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncertain about the transparency of the process and whether the scope and timeline of repairs were being overstated. Since I am able to choose where my vehicle is repaired, I decided to get additional quotes. I ultimately went with Largo Auto Body, where the experience was completely different. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, clearly explained what repairs might be needed, and walked me through the quote in a straightforward and transparent way--including possible additional items if they became necessary. Their estimated repair time was also significantly shorter and felt much more reasonable. I also didn't like that I was told that my insurance will approve the additional time for me to have a rental which I actually would have exceeded, so I'm not sure if they believe my insurance would just happily add as many days as they felt they needed to fix the damage. Because of the contrast between the two experiences, I felt far more comfortable moving forward with Largo Auto Body. * this was my experience and my personal view on the experience.

Husband did his homework after Julio wrote up an offer. We returned the next day, and after a few adjustments to the "out the door" total, Husband was the proud owner of a 2026 Honda Odyssey. Julio was a fantastic person with whom to deal. He made the car buying process friendly and pleasant. This is our second car from Courtesy & it won't be our last. They have a wonderful sales team, and the service personnel are also helpful & courteous.
