Excellent service here. Store Manager (Mark) and service manager are very helpful, knowledgeable,…read moreand stand up guys. I value their professionalism and customer service and will continue to select them first over anyone else for tires, battery, oil change, etc needs.

I wasn't going to do this but I am fed up with places like this trying to take advantage of people…read moreor just flat out lying. I bought 4 new tires for my sons 4Runner Mon Oct 26, 2026, 09:00. When I dropped it off I asked for an alignment check. This vehicle belonged to my mother who does not drive anymore, she had gotten into a fender bender a while back and with those repairs we had an alignment done but it never felt right to me, had a slight pull and the steering wheel wasn't centered. I told them I have a mechanical background and do all my own maintenance but don't have an alignment rack so if anything is legitimately wrong I'll just come get it, fix it and bring it back. But I didn't think there was because I had recently checked it over. I ran some errands and wasn't home for 15 min before I got a call saying it was ready to pick up. I said alignment too? They answered no, we couldn't do one because both sides needed upper control arms and lower ball joints. Huh? I got there and was checking out with the lady at the counter and I asked what was up with the front end and the guy behind the counter said my whole steering rack needed to be replaced, sucks on his vape and proceeds to tell me "you got as much fluid coming out as you're putting in." I said oh really, like pouring out? And he says well it's not puddling or anything. I said so it's weeping a little. Yep. Then I reminded them they told me it was upper control arms and lower ball joints on the phone, and they both responded oh yea, that too. I drove home, everything felt tight as it did before. I drove it straight onto on the two post lift in my shop and re-checked everything. Absolutely no slop in any of the ball joints, control arm bushings looked fine, no damage to any boots, steering rack was not leaking, and only had just a slight amount of lube on the boot of the left side inner tie rod that could have come from anywhere, PS reservoir full, and all 4 tie rods were tight, no slop. There was no reason that vehicle couldn't get a proper alignment. Took it to Hancock and asked for an alignment later in the week and they did it no problem. So all they really accomplished was the loss of an alignment sale, or any future tires, and wasting my time. I'll drive farther away from now on and take it to someone who knows what they're doing. I own/maintain 5 cars and do work on many more, I have to do things like alignments at local businesses because I can't fit a rack in my shop, so 5+ alignments & tire sales will be going elsewhere when they're due. This place either needs training or to hire people who don't play games with their customers.

I visited Tire Kingdom at 1527 E Brandon Blvd on Monday, August 31, 2026. A question about making…read morean appointment turned into an employee repeatedly shouting at me and slamming a door. I had ordered a Continental run-flat tire by phone the day before and was told it would be available Monday. At noon, Shelby, the manager, said it had not arrived and promised to call when it did. When she called around 3 p.m., I asked whether the tire could be installed quickly if I came in. She said yes. I arrived around 3:40 p.m. and was told it would be about an hour. I asked Shelby whether making an appointment would be a better option. An employee named Ryan interjected and began shouting, "This isn't Chick-fil-A." He said the tire could not be done instantly and that an appointment would take the same amount of time. I explained that at my previous Tire Kingdom visit in April, I had made an appointment and the tire service was completed in under 20 minutes. I then sat down and asked Shelby whether she understood my question. She said yes. Ryan again yelled, at the top of his lungs, "This isn't Chick-fil-A," and repeated that it would take the same amount of time. He appeared angry, and I felt very uncomfortable. He then went through a door marked for employees only and slammed it so forcefully that the television and wall display panels shook. Shelby deserves credit. She was wonderful, personable, and professional throughout, and maintained her professional charm in an uncomfortable situation. She explained that the store had been experiencing computer problems and that Ryan was having a rough day. She encouraged me not to take it personally and seemed to be trying to reassure me that this was not typical behavior for him. I appreciated her efforts. I understand that delays and difficult days happen. Customers should still be able to ask about scheduling without being shouted at. Because his comments were directed at me, it was difficult not to take the interaction personally. I would like corporate management to review any available surveillance footage and address Ryan's conduct. Shelby's excellent customer service should also be recognized.
