I brought my toyota in and had gouged out my side doors with a downed street sigh. Ken and josh wrote me up and estimate and I schedualed the repair a week later. They were professional and care about their customers. They helped with travel back home and the tech did a fantastic job redoing my doors. Highly recommend them. read more

Did a great repair of 2 of my cars at a reasonable cost. They are highly recommended and professional!

I broke the mirror off my vintage Honda Civic. I really didn't think I'd be able to get the right part. They were so good they found a place that sold older car parts and I got the exact color. They put it on and I'm so grateful to have my car all patched up. Ken Smith and the guys are great. Thank You. read more

Carsmetics - My new mirror. - Body Shops Near Me - Palm Harbor, Florida

My wife got a little too close to a concrete base for a light pole and pulled the right rear bumper loose. We tried to snap it back in place and put masking tape over it to hold. It didn't hold and kept coming loose. We had to cut a third off the bumper to avoid tearing it off completely. We got estimates from three places and Carsmetics was lower by several hundred dollars. They also arranged for a great rate on a rental car, even shuttled us to rental car and arranged to drop off the rental car at their office. They were very helpful and informative the entire time. We dropped our van off at 8:30 AM and they said it would take two days. But the next day they called us and said it was ready! It looked beautiful. We were very pleased with the whole process. Highly recommended. read more

Carsmetics Palm Harbor did a really good job fixing a big scrape on my fender! The manager was very nice, the price fair, and the assistant manager kept in touch with me on timing. I highly recommend! read more

The repair was well done. I thought the price was very good. This is the second time I've had work done and the car looks great. I have a 20 year old 350z which looks good. read more

Very pleased with Carsmetics. I had some door damage due to someone's carelessness in a parking lot. I stopped by the shop without an appointment and they tried to do some paintless dent removal while I waited -- but it didn't work due to the location. Instead, they had to do the whole deal with repainting and all, but they tried to save me some money. The work itself was done on time, at a good price, and looks great. The staff was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. David was particularly great. In an interesting twist, it seems that the Carsmetics folks damaged my plastic side-view mirror cover. They pointed it out to me before I noticed it, ordered a replacement plastic cover, and fixed it with no questions asked. It would be better that they didn't damage it, but major points for how well they handled the situation. Things happen -- it's all in how you make things right. I will definitely go back if I need work again. Thanks for a great experience. read more

They helped us out today after a car wash across the street damaged the doors to our car they were so friendly and willing to help us out of a stressful situation we will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks so much to the staff here you guys know how to do business and are so kind. This is how a business should be run. They will listen to you and help you in any way they can. They didn't charge us and really helped us out and made my day so much better!!!! It took ten minutes and they were super helpful. Thank God for them. The damage was an over extended door hinge from the car wash and a metal piece was sticking out of the bottom of the passenger side door. After dealing with such a hateful person at the car wash who hid behind religion swearing to God that he wasn't responsible it was nice to deal with real people who care. read more

Don't use. Ken, the manager is all wonderful when you go in for a quote then you go in the following week on a Wednesday at the time told you and they can't do your vehicle. Oh we can take it Thursday and keep it till Friday. No, you made the appointment for Wednesday at 8 AM. They would not take the car and have it ready by the evening as they said. There was no getting me in, basically it was too bad for you. While I was in there for the quote it seems they do this alot to people. Many people calling asking if their car was ready, people having to wait an extra day. I should have known this is not a place that is reliable. Just a warning if you are on a schedule and show up for an appointment and they say I'm sorry not today...come back another day and we will get the car done in 2 days hopefully! Sorry very bad work ethic! Not one bit accomodating for a schedule appointment that I showed up on time for! read more

I accidentally got too close to the card reader when entering a friend's residential park . It left a dent on my driver side door of my 2018 Chevrolet Camaro. I was horrified. Could hear the cash register tallying up the bill for repair not to mention the embarrassment I felt Long story short, I TOTALLY lucked out when I came across this place. John & Ken ARE TOTALLY UPSTANDING men. I COULD NOT BELIEVE it !!! I mean I have been in Customer Service my entire life AND this by far is the GREATEST experience I've ever had!!! I RECOMMEND this business 1000%! read more

Fast and great work. Well-priced. Unfortunately I drove my newer BMW into a support pylon in a parking garage. They fixed it rather than replace a panel and the painting job was immaculate. read more

They took care of minor damage on my BMW 430i within the day. The job was excellent and the value for money was awesome. Will definitely go back read more

I highly recommend Carsmetics for the quality of their workmanship and professionalism. Our car took a big hit from a parking lot shopping cart. They repaired the huge dent and scratches and the car came out looking brand new. All this was done very quickly and affordably. Their prices can't be beat. A fabulous job for a reasonable amount. read more

I had damage to my driver door due to a careless person with his or her car door. Kawika is such a great manager to work with, and his team did an outstanding job! Quick and easy. read more

The manager at the Clearwater location was friendly and professional. Couldn't believe how good my car came out. Looks brand new! I felt the price was very reasonable and will definitely use them again, if needed. I highly recommend them. read more

I cant tell you how frustrated I was when I was hit in a parking lot and saw the damage to my car. I chose these guys because of their reviews and they didn't disappoint. I drive a Lexus LS 460, so I didn't want to go just any body shop. When all was said and done there was absolutely no sign of damage. Good as new. And they cleaned my sun damaged headlight covers too. Looks even better then before the accident. Great people too. You wont be disappointed..... unless you go somewhere else that is. read more

Have been taking my wife's and my cars there for years. I really can't recommend any other place for body work or some mechanical repairs. The manager is awesome. Just goes out of his way to please his customers. Totally satisfied with the body work and paint they did on my honda crv. Price was very reasonable. Recently recommended them to a friend of mine. read more

We just returned from Carsmetics on U.S. 19, and we can't say enough about how helpful, quick, and reasonable it was to get our car repaired. David, the assistant manager, treated us well and made us feel at ease. Our car is now repaired and we couldn't be happier. Thanks so much! read more

Took our 2002 Mustang in for a paint job and we couldn't be more pleased. Kawika (the "K" is silent) Eva, the store manager was instrumental in getting our car back to its showroom condition. The quoted price is what we paid despite the job being more involved than what was initially outlined. Disregard the tinted windows in the pics, we had that done years ago and will be getting it removed. Definitely recommend Carsmetics! read more

Great fast work, triple coat paint repair on the top of my truck. Very good customer service, kept me updated, did I mention fast? I have more work to get done and will return. Thanks for making my Denali look good again. Anthony J read more

Def excellent service and very efficient too. Sadly had to go there twice in a month but they do a good job. It's a bit pricy but they are reliable. I would recommend my friends to go there. read more

It appears to me that the Palm Harbor location does not want small jobs. I E mailed them through the store web site to get a estimate. I I asked them about painting the hood of my car. I stated it had numerous paint chips and no dents. I understand that an estimate is non binding. I was expecting a price range. They did not reply to my request. read more

Horrible experience. Their work was so sloppy, it caused additional damage to my car. They were supposed to fix a small cosmetic scratch. Instead they somehow caused deep scratches on both headlights, damaged the front bumper, and there was paint over spray on headlight. read more

I never got anything major repaired here but what I can say is their customer service is outstanding. I brought my car to see how much it would be to put the little side of my bumper back in place and the guy told me he would put it back in place for no charge. I was out within 10 minutes. Usually places would want to take any money they can from you but not here. They seemed like they cared more about fixing people's cars rather than robbing them for their money. If I ever need anything major fixed I wouldn't hesitate to stop by here. I do recommend people giving this place a try. read more

What a joke!!! The guy quoted me $1000 for 2 small scratches and an to paint the underneath of a bumper. This place is a rip off!!! I find it hard to believe that this place has a 5 star rating. They must have people coming in the doors who have no clue the cost the fix small issues. read more

I was very impressed with Carsmetics. Not only did they have a quick turn around time and deliver a quality job, but they did it for less than half of what our other quotes were! I would highly recommend this place for minor body work. read more

Carsmetics does honest and quality work! I had a dent in my front fender, and a scratched/cracked rear bumper from a hit and run that I had been putting off fixing. Carsmetics quoted half of the amount that other shops had quoted because they took the time to repair the damage instead of just buying new parts and replacing everything. My car looks brand new again! Not to mention the Yelp deal for the free car rental actually works- for the entire repair time, not just 1 day! I would highly recommend checking them out. read more

My after market spoiler began to peel off. I was quoted $1250 by the mercedes dealer to replace it. I took it to another shop that simply refused to touch it saying they were concerned about hurting the paint. So glad I found Carsmetics in Palm Harbor. They quoted me $50 to fix it and when I went to pick it up waived the charge and gave it to me free. The repair was done perfectly. Thanks Carsmetics read more

We recently took our van to Carsmetics regarding a problem with the trim on the outside driver's door. They were so helpful and fixed it in a few minutes. We would definitely go back to them with any body shop work needed. They are very honest, helpful, and reliable. It's so nice to be able to have a place to go to where you have trust and confidence! Dishonest people and company. If I could I would give them 0 stars. They do NOT honor their own lifetime warranty. This warranty is NOT even worth the paper printed. Be warned ... look somewhere else. I will never do a business with them. read more
