Mike was amazing between dealing with State Farm and the constant misadvises from State Farm Unfortunately Mike said this is a normal process with State Farm and that they don't handle things with one person or report State Farm runs the customer and the repair shops in circles. Something that should have taken on phone call turned into many many phone calls between Roberts Auto and myself. State Farm was very disappointing on their handling of this situation. Mike and the repair center were so professional and gracious. 4/21/2025 i Called Ms victoria to ask for her email and a male answered the phone i beleave it was Tom, he hun up on me,, and so, i called once again a female answer with the worse attitud i cant deal with hostility i seriously cant ,,,i already got that attitud when i walked in that office the first time my rear and front bumper are loose misaligned and missing clips i have a warranty but im going to fix it out of my pocket bc these ppl want me to show up in thier office to turn it around and call the cops on me and get me arrested im a hispanic female and a veteran. I brought my car in for a repair after getting into an accident. They were happy to take my car...but not so good about giving it back. Communication was super poor. I had to call and call and call to try and get updates and status. To be fair, this was about 8 years ago. Maybe they have changed? Well, someone turned left in front of me and an accident was born. Roberts Collision is closest to my house. Will I take it there...absolutely not! Not based on my prior experience. They took twice as long as they told me and would not communicate. The entire staff and operation is highly attentive to service and customer care. Upon bringing my car in from a Geico claim, they enlightened me on simple stain removals and polishing techniques to remove common road grime / surface smudges in my paint that commercial agents do not remove. No other shop has ever cared to do this. They are very professional. And have great communication. Having a 2015 Porsche Panamera GTS, their is no other shop I'd trust than Roberts. Tom (shop manager) made sure all my picky/anal details were covered and was attentive to my pesky Porsche owner details while other shops would have sent me away. The man over there insulted me for no reason. He gave me an attitude in being rude to me when I asked him a question about body work. 2019 Nissan Sentra. I had my mask on he couldn't hear me at all. I am completely vaccinated but it is not 15 days after my 2nd dose until I am fully vaccinated. He said could you take your mask off sir, I couldn't hear you. I am an employee and I am completely vaccinated. What an idiot is he. I love his attitude as he is an stupid jerk. Watch your language and stop mistreating customers as you and your company will be reported to better business bureau. I'm writing this review for my mom. She's older, and dinged the lower quarter panel on her brand new Lincoln at a gas station. It was only a little 3" by 3" ding between front and rear passenger doors. She wanted/needed to get it fixed since the car was a lease, but didn't want to go through insurance. She asked me to shop around to see how much it would cost. The first place I contacted, they had repainted my 2008 Element SC, so I figured I'd get a break. They told me that due to the type of paint (3 layer) it was going to be over $1000 JUST for the paint...heck no. So driving around, I see Roberts and stop in to show them. They quoted an "out the door" price that blew "my" place out of the water. They do a ton of insurance work, so we had to wait our turn for the car to go in (understandable), but once out it was perfect. The blend and match were imperceptible. Most importantly, they treated my mom like she had the only car in the shop, and kept her informed of the status. They said three days, and it took three day. I asked them if they'd be interested in re-painting my other car, but due to primarily insurance work, that's not something they do. read more

The customer service initially was wonderful. 8 months later my car broke down on me and the dealership figured out that I did not have enough transmission fluid in my car and would need a whole new transmission for my 2018 car. The only way that it could have happened was if not enough transmission fluid was put in when Roberts Collision replaced the cooler. When I called Roberts Collision to explain my situation they were not only rude to me but rude to the new dealership who was taking care of my car. They hung up on me when I called back and would only email me. I ended up getting my insurance involved and winning the claim and not having to pay for a new transmission but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. read more

The person at Roberts Collison repair was impatient with my questions, interrupted me frequently saying "You're just wasting my time if you've already notified your insurance." After I was rear-ended geico sent me here to get the damaged fixed. After a 45 minute drive home they called and told me I needed to return to put gas in my truck. Now three hours of driving then informed that they are not even going to fix the tail gate. I wish to thank Robert's Collision and Trish for the very professional repair of my Toyota Tundra Tailgate last December. Trish was right there to write it up. She went right to work and was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Trish handled everything start to finish and kept me fully informed. The work performed was just plain topo notch. Fit and finish are like new even the paint color and texture. I really appreciate how this repair was taken care of. The only negative would be a male service writer that is seated to the immediate left of the front door as you enter - dark hair, glasses. This guy was upset that I didn't have an appointment for an estimate and that I came during lunchtime. I have been unable to find anywhere a statement by Robert's that an appointment is required and I had no way of knowing that lunchtime is 11:30 am. He was afraid of talking about those things directly to me I guess so he shouted them to another associate loud enough that I could hear it. Oh well. "Excuse me sir, Don't be such a Dick" I just wanted a cash estimate on my brand new car with minimal damage ($300.00). Robert's collision center refused to give me an estimate, without first seeing the check I received from my insurance company. In the process, they belittled me to the point of tears ( they accused me of trying to pocket some cash, the damage and my check was only three hundred bucks???? Really????) I only visited this shop because my dealership referred me....... I let the dealership know immediately how I was treated.
