WISH I could rate them 10 Stars!…read more Albert Lorenzo, the owner, puts the 'YOU' in Unique! Forget any experiences you may have had at other auto repair shops! Or better yet, remember them well. Because once you've dealt with Albert and Unique Automotive Repair you'll never want to look back! We've had 2 BMW's and our Jaguar S-Type under the watchful eye and care at Unique over the past year or so. What I can positively tell you after every encounter is that I walk away thoroughly impressed, pleased and feeling like I got THE BEST bang for my repair bucks! PERIOD! I've always felt the repair bill was extremely reasonable, especially knowing that Albert seems to do those little 'extra' things that a perfectionist would not want to let slip by. IF some other shop were working that way, their bill would be shocking! I'm no stranger to the mechanical end of a vehicle, so I KNOW when I'm being treated fair and square. Unique is truly Unique! Albert is a BMW factory-trained service technician, with extensive hands-on repair work experience on many other brands of vehicles. This guy knows his stuff! And he has the right tools to get the job done. I feel very lucky to have found Albert and Unique Auto Repair. For me, that's right up there with having a great doctor and a fantastic love life! And I've hit that Trifecta! Tell them John & Beth sent ya!

I was fearing it would be a major transmission problem because you couldn't put it into gear and it's an automatic. They worked on my Kia Forte and found the problem on Monday. If I hadn't had a doctor's appointment on Tuesday. I could've picked it up. Instead, I picked it up this morning Wednesday. They did a great job. It was not a major transmission problem.. It was a small problem, they know I don't have a ton of money so the part I needed was a shift knob. They checked with the Kia Dealer and Auto Parts Stores but it would've been a lot more expensive. Instead, they found a place locally where they could get a used one and install that and it has a 30 day warranty. I'm sure it will last longer than that. Great deal at $299. I also learned today they have a mobile unit and it's Big. I thought it had a race car in it. I took a picture and added it here. If you can't come in, for a little bit of a premium, they can come to you and do some repairs right at your home. I'm not sure which repairs but they will be able to help you. I have been referring people to them, because referrals are the best way to help a company. Once again great job Josh, Shawn and Brian and staff

I gave him a Chance to fix the car even offered to pay half of what he was charging me almost 1k when everyone else wanted 700. very very bad attitude takes no blame whatsoever for he's work. the car only has done 1,400 miles since the transmission work and 6 months as this is a vacation vehicle. when I tried to pick up my vehicle it wouldn't start, they had killed my battery idk doing what. Had to wait a day for him to restart my vehicle. fyi also took forever when he first worked on the transmission. Almost a month.

First time I was 8.5 months pregnant and my car needed work done that meant I had to leave it. Knowing this Lance the manager arranged for my car to be delivered to my house when it was finished as I had no ride there to get it (fantastic customer service). Another time I ordered high end wipers, one of the clips went missing and so the wiper wasn't able to be attached. They (Bayside) ordered another new set on their dime just to get the piece needed to attach to my car. This past week I had to have my AC fixed and then one of my exhaust pipes wasn't opening properly. Not only did they fit me in first thing in the am but they were willing to work with my husband to troubleshoot the issue. During this they found a hole in one of my lines, repaired it free of charge. These guys are the ONLY shop I will bring my car to here in Spring Hill. They are honest, reliable, and treat me and my family with respect. This is not a take 5 shop, they are going to take the time to try and figure out what issue your car has and will call with price options just so you know you're not getting "taken for." I read the below review for 1 star and I completely disagree with their review, especially about Lance who has been nothing short of awesome every time we need his help.
