At the appointment I asked if we could get her an oil change as well and Angelo assured me it would be no problem to add that service on. Right away we found out it wasn't just low brake fluid, her rear drums were leaking brake fluid, and thus the reason it was low. Angelo walked me through everything they needed to do, and once I gave approval, I thought "oh boy this is going to run into tomorrow". Negative! Angelo assured me he'd get his guys on it and have it taken care of by closing. At 5pm we picked up the car, all completed, and Angelo even walked me through the photos of the drums (i find this highly helpful, and such a nice addition in trusting the shop!). The whole front office staff were polite and very knowledgeable. Angelo even recommended things to watch out for on my daughter's car. This place takes care of the customer and it has a family feel. I wanted to know my daughter is driving a safe vehicle and Angelo and Joe understood that and went the extra mile! I will not go anywhere else now, they have a customer for life! To make…read morea long story short they can fix a fender sure, but if a fuse blows their tongues go straight to glass. Ultimately leaving me with a $200+ diagnostic bill from the dealership. They refused to cover it because a fuse is a "wear" item. No it's not, it's a protection device. Fuses aren't rotating around under the hood getting worn out. It protects the circuit from overload. In this case, ignorance induced overload. It's no wonder why their lot is empty durring tax season (despite the pandemic). Nevermind the fact that it took 3 weeks for a minor repair, and they kept blaming the insurance company for the delay. That excuse can only get you so far...

Fortunately i made the right choice, Josh was amazing. He was honest,, thorough and reliable. He even showed up on time plus He save me over $1000 in auto repairs.! His quote,including his mobile fee, was less than all the other quotes for my repairs . I was told I needed a new alternator, tuneup and Possibly a cracked engine block. when he checked the charging system It was fine. The only problem was a loose battery terminal.
