Crash Champions Collision Repair Wesley Chapel

Crash Champions Collision Repair Wesley Chapel

Crash Champions Collision Repair - Wesley Chapel is hands down the worst, most incompetent,…read moredishonest body shop I have ever dealt with in my life. They "repaired" my vehicle FOUR TIMES and managed to screw it up every single time. Every visit created a new problem. Every promise was a lie. Every excuse was pathetic. They even had someone pretending to be the General Manager while the real GM was sitting in Chicago. That tells you everything about the integrity of this place. Fake leadership, fake accountability, fake professionalism. They forgot to reinstall my vehicle's sound deadening, then insulted my intelligence by claiming it "fell off inside the car." No, it didn't. You didn't install it. You lied. On another visit, they damaged my windshield and caused a stress fracture, then tried to hide it and never told me. No honesty. No responsibility. Just cover it up and hope the customer doesn't notice. Their communication is a joke. Lisa intentionally ignored my calls. I called twice from my phone -- no answer. I immediately called from my friend's phone and suddenly she picked up. Then she played dumb. That is deliberate, dishonest, and disrespectful. They hide behind caller ID, dodge customers, and pretend nothing is wrong while your vehicle is falling apart because of their work. It got so bad that the Director of Operations, Brandon Otto, had to personally call me to apologize. When corporate has to step in, you know the shop has completely failed. And even after all that, they had the nerve to ask me to bring my car back for a SIXTH time. Absolutely not. I gave them chance after chance. I was patient. I was reasonable. They wasted my time over and over and still couldn't do basic repairs correctly. Their incompetence has damaged my car's value, cost me time, stress, and money, and they refuse to compensate me for any of it. I finally took my vehicle to their competitor, Caliber, who found over $2,000 in damage that Crash Champions either caused or failed to fix. So much for "repairs." "Crash Champions" is the perfect name -- they are champions at crashing your vehicle, ruining it, lying about it, and ghosting you when you demand accountability. This shop is unprofessional, dishonest, and incapable of doing quality work. Do NOT trust them. Do NOT believe their promises. Do NOT let them touch your vehicle. If you value your car, your time, and your sanity, stay far away from this place. Worst repair experience of my life. No contest.

Upfront price with no additional add ons. Justin and Heather were professionals and answered every question I had without hesitation. *LONG POST* My car was hit while parked in the early morning of the New Year in 2025. The entire…read moreleft side of my car was basically damaged including the rims. My car was originally taken to the Zephyrhills location but was moved to the Land O Lakes locations because they were supposedly better equipped to repair my BMW. After repair, my car was sent back to Zephyrhills for pickup. Myself and the staff at the Zephyrhills location inspected the vehicle and agreed the repair job was horrible. There were imprints left in the paint, parts not put back together correctly, faded looking paint spots, and damages that were not there previously. This became an ongoing back and forth thing of having to send my car back due to the poor repair job more than 5 times. Apparently, my car bounced back and forth for repairs between the two locations in Land O Lakes. They finally decided to change the repair guy. Might I add there are still letter imprints on the left front fender from when they repaired it but whatever. It was about 2-3 months before I got my car back. After getting my car back, I took it through a touchless car wash and noticed my left driver window and rear window/door were leaking (none of my windows or doors were leaking prior to repair). I let them know. They told me to bring it so they could inspect it. They did the inspection. Said it was leaking. They made an appointment for me to bring it back to repair. Supposedly they repaired it. Took it through the car wash and noticed the driver side window was STILL leaking. Now this became another back and forth game of having to take my car for inspection over and over (more than 4-5 times) and them telling me yeah it's leaking and they're going to order the seals for my door/window. I would call to see if parts came in after a month or so going by and not hearing back. It was either they never ordered the parts, or this crew moved locations, and/or bring it back in to inspect AGAIN! A bunch of excuses and poor service. This became ongoing for months. Then again bouncing from the two locations in Land O Lakes. Then them telling me they didn't see a leak. I spoke to Mike Smith and Mike Manor who I think are managers but one is general manager. Basically reassured me they would get my window fixed. I think Mike Smith is who I've been in most contact with. I was told to bring the car back in and they would try to adjust the seals. I asked if they can just order the parts so we can ensure it's fixed properly. He stated he didn't recommend it because it could take 6 weeks or so for it to come in and they wanted to go ahead and try to get it taken care of before it caused more damage after I stated water was damaging my speaker. Took my car back and they claimed it was adjusted but of course it was indeed still leaking. Took the car back again this time with a video showing the leak because they were claiming they didn't see a leak previously so I didn't understand how they were fixing something they claimed they didn't see. After seeing the video, all of a sudden they stated the rubber seals are dry and (coincidentally) my passenger side window was leaking IN THE SAME SPOT as the driver window I showed them in the video. No other windows were leaking previously. I made sure. This was a tactic to avoid fixing the issue. Instead of saying they dont know what's wrong with the window they tried to create another issue to make it look like normal wear and tear. I did contact corporate numerous times and I believe they have been escalating it to the general manager Mike. Mike had the receptionist reach out stating they were ordering the parts for the SIDE MIRROR seal/rubber or something and would let me know when they were in. Weeks went by. I called again. The parts were in and supposedly they had tried contacting me. That was another issue by the way. They had a random number on file for me that was NEVER my number. I had them correct this EVERYTIME I spoke with someone because they were claiming to be contacting me but on the wrong number?!?! Took my car back about a week or 2 ago to repair AGAIN. And yes afterwards, the window is still leaking. Reached out to corporate. They escalated it to the general manager and of course I haven't heard back in a week. I guess next is to escalate it higher. My accident was over a year ago and I'm still having to go back forth with this company!
