Hello on July 10th I had Jim Baker install a power steering gear box on a 1978 F100 they didn't do…read morea good job. I could have done it myself but I figured this are professionals at repairing vehicles. When the mechanic was done I told him that the steering wheel was not straight he stated it needs a wheel alignment so said ok I will get it don. The next day I took it to Levy imperial tire in Lakeland I showed them the steering wheel and they stated they would fix it. After almost 2 hours they said they were not able to fix the steering wheel and stated that I didn't own them anything . I told them the gear box was changed out so they said that it was not installed correct. So I go back to Jim Bakers shop and they wanted to charge me more to fix the issue they had created so I will not be taking my truck or any of my vehicles there again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT COME HERE. I had my car towed in. Called to make sure they received it…read morebecause they never took any of my information down. This old hick sounding guy (idk what his name was. Jim? Idk), I was telling him what was wrong with the car. That it just needed a clamp on a coolant hose because it was leaking. He thought he was off the phone with me, but he wasn't. I muted myself because I heard him beginning to mock me (I am a female). This went on for 45 minutes. Between mocking and disrespecting me, to talking about the cars they were working on. I come into the shop to pick up my car, and I confronted the old fart that I had talked to. He denied through and through he said anything. Trying to pin it on the other old mechanic there. I could not speak because he constantly interrupted me no matter how many times I asked to speak, finish speaking, or him to stop talking over me. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere with him, so I turned to talk to the man behind the counter (who at this point hasn't said a word). As I'm talking to him, the old asshole kept cutting in and cutting me off time and time again. I finally snapped and yelled at him to stfu and let me fucking talk. He walked off. I finished talking to the counter guy and I will never go back. Thanks for fixing that clamp. But oh, thanks for damaging my intercooler while you were at it and never telling me about.
