I thought making an appointment with a business meant something, guess not. I called made an appointment for 10 am, to get a diagnostic for an oil drip. I get no update that day, so I call the following afternoon, to check in and see where they're at and what it's looking like. I'm told that I'm still getting working on to get back there. So full day and a half and my car hasn't even been seen yet. Why have me make an appointment if I'm not going to be seen that day? Makes no sense. Made an appointment to drop the car off and they were done when they said and fixed the CV joint for a reasonable competitive price and had great service. They were recommended by a retired neighbor who has been a customer for years. They seem to really care about the quality of work and the customer experience. read more

Took truck in on a Monday heard nothing from them for days then my husband called them first they were waiting on parts ok gave it a few more days no contact from them had to call again and they said working on the bill assuming it was finished, it was not so on the 11 th day went and got truck , if they were to busy to fix it just say so up front 11 days and no work done it unacceptable I hope others have a better experience with them read more

I have been going to this garage since it opened and 100% satisfied each time. Recently I brought my truck in because it seemed the transmission was starting to slip. I was told that is normal for this type of truck, not to worry, they gave it a once over and found no other problems, just a couple recommendations to consider servicing in the future but was assured nothing urgent or safety related. The owner (Rick) is a rare honest mechanic. A few years ago I brought a friends mom (68ears old) Cadillac which had an electrical problem. They charged her 88.00. They could have charged her any amount and nobody would have ever known. By the way, the lady was 68 yrs old, not the car. She easily could have been taken advantage of!! I just want people to know this establishment does clean business and everyone knows how hard it is to find and honest car repair center. read more

Another great recommendation by my father in law. Friendly as can be. Absolute auto treated me very well, provided excellent service and they were very fast. Albeit I only got my battery replaced, but still my experience with them was stellar. I am also very impressed with their price of a new battery for my vehicle. I called 3 different mechanics and Absolute auto beat the other two locations prices by approx. $15-20. I will definitely be back for future services. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. This is the absolute best repair shop. I took my vehicle to Toyota of Brandon and they said I would need to replace the ECU and it would cost $1100. I took my vehicle to absolute and they were able to repair my car for $170. That is a disgrace that Toyota Brandon did not give me that option and this was after I paid Toyota $117 in a diagnosis charge. do not go to Toyota of Brandon take you vehicle here they drove me home and picked me up extremely friendly and trustworthy thanks absolute for restoring my faith in the car repair business read more

It started with a mushy brake pedal and instead of allowing me to participate with the decision to completely rebuild the entire brake system they took the liberty of replacing expensive hub assemblies and drums that probably did not need to be replaced without my permission. Three weeks later when I got my truck back and drove it it smelled unusually hot and when I brought it back they discovered that the brakes had not been adjusted properly so it heated up the brand new drums and warped them into a different shape that had to be turned on a machine and they unhooked my parking brake and gave it back to me. Where I'm from in Michigan you get a written estimate before any work ever takes place but this does not seem to be the case with absolute. Although I have good brakes all the way around now the parking brake does not work and the brake light comes on. I really don't like the way that this transaction was handled and I feel like I had been taken advantage of. read more

I called and spoke with Jeremy he said he'd have his wife come up real quick. Its 9:20 there's no other customers no employees and no wife, red flag. Spoke with an adjoining storage unit owner he said yeah usually here and open by 8, again they're supposed to open by 7:30, red flag.
