OMG I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Absolutely horrible experience! I purchased 4 tires to be installed. I had a 1:00 PM reservation. It is 3 FREAKING HOURS LATER AND THEY ARE JUST STARTING. When I asked the guy why he didn't tell me they were short handed when I checked in he lied and said he didn't know but earlier a customer told me they had a bunch of call outs! I made an appointment for my brakes at 2pm on 3-7-2026. The shop denied me service because the young man up front was lazy. He diagnosed my car without looking at it. I asked for management and he states he spoke to him and he said they do not do rotors unless they do brakes. The brake pads were 2 days old. The staff is lazy and will continue to loose customers and money if their customer service stays the same. read more

Had me waiting 45 min on a appointment I made with them just for them to deny the work. Apparently the steering wheel had "too much play" for them to do an alignment. Which in my opinion shouldn't have been an issue since it was minor and the car is a 1999. This was around 4pm. Im sure the guy just didn't want to do the job. My tire keeps losing air and they helped me diagnose the problem and they showed me where the damage on rim was causing the leak and I previously had a welder fix that but it was still leaking and they helped me a second time and they got the new rim and tire back on so I can safely drive my family around without stopping for air and worrying. Excellent service, they were honest and helpful. read more

We had a tire issue while traveling and found this place on yelp. They were FANTASTIC, so helpful, and accommodating! We called about 15 minutes before we arrived at this tire kingdom and we did not know what exactly was wrong with our vehicle but the workers were more than happy to help and were very friendly. The inside waiting area of the shop was clean and nicer than you would usually expect for a car shop. If you ever need to get anything fixed I would definitely recommend going to this shop if you live locally or are traveling like we were. Thank you again to the manager who was working that day and helped us out he was such an incredible help! Side note: there is a great authentic, fair priced Cuban place in the same parking lot that you can go eat while your vehicle is being fixed. read more

I've been a customer with this tire kingdom location for 6+ yrs. Just found out today that Mavis, the new company that recently acquired Tire Kingdom with no notice to me yet I would still recieve email promos and coupons but no receipt of notice of the change of ownership, and that they will not honor contracts and paid TK policies made prior to the Mavis acquisition. I would not recommend this TK based off of them profiting from my policy but refused to 100% honor the contract I paid for but would offer me a service that i paid for in good faith at only a discounted amount. Mavis seems to own almost all national tire and auto repair companies. With that being said I personally will not do business with any Mavis company based off of their poor business practices. As a side note, the manager of this location implied that it was my fault for expecting my contract to be honored because they could not get me in today and that the next business day is a holiday. The hope for recourse is obviously futile as most big corps do not care and ao i am only left with a Yelp review. Zero stars if I had that option. read more

Appointments mean nothing here. I had an 8am appointment and a walk-in got an oil change and alignment check before me. They didn't even pull my car into the garage until 9:20am. I'll never be going back here. After reading other reviews I have to go check for new valve stems and tire pressure. Apparently they "skipped" a few steps on other people rides and now I'll check mine. The price also went up 70$ from the last time I had tires done. read more

Appointment scheduling and customer service fiasco! First off, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service, lack of empathy and understanding I received from the store manager Bruce concerning the issues in which they caused with my appointment scheduling! I called the store on 1/3/2023 and spoke with Isaiah and he confirmed that he had booked my appointment on 1/4/2023. I called the day of my appointment to confirm in which Bruce answered and told me my appointment was not even in the system but said to come by and they would take care of my car issue. I came 15min early in which I was then told they were not able to address my concerns because they were slammed. There was also a ton of confusion in this place as they were not well organized with the scheduling. I understand being busy but what I don't understand is why the appointment wasn't set in the system in the first place! I tried to express my grievance with Bruce and instead of him taking a leadership role as store manager and correcting the issue to my satisfaction as I am a paying customer, he didn't want to hear anything about the short comings of his employee with the scheduling of this appointment and opted to defend the terrible practices of the scheduling that took place by his employee. Bruce really went irate with me when I simply asked for the district manager's name and number to express my grievance. He then proceeded to tell me not to bring my car to his shop anymore which was completely unwarranted and uncalled for! I ended up calling customer service and placing a complaint due to Bruce's lack of leadership in properly addressing the situation. Not only did Bruce's actions today poorly represented the company, he lost a customer as well! I will never refer anyone to that location unless there is better leadership who can take customer complaints seriously and not lose it! His actions was unacceptable and for that, I will never be a tire kingdom customer again. There are simply too much competition out there that will honor my schedule the first time and take care of my car issues with the upmost respect and care! If tire kingdom is ok with having this kind of leadership there then I don't expect them to be in business much longer. Thanks for your help Bruce and I honestly hope you are removed from your position as store manager and possibly removed from that store. Customers absolutely deserve much better services than that. read more

I liked that I was able to book an appointment online and get a promo code for my oil change which saved me $20! I got a full synthetic oil change which cost me about $58 with the coupon . I appreciate that they will rotate tires along with the oil change however if you don't have your tire lock keys they will be unable to complete it. There are many mechanics who have tools to remove a tire without the lock key but not them I guess! I got a free tire rotation card for the next time I come in since I didn't have my tire lock key when I got my oil changed . The service took about 27 minutes but I'm soooo glad I made an appointment ahead of time. read more

This morning 9-6-23 at 8am I stopped by to have a tire repaired and their computers were offline. They were very nice and repaired my tire anyway. I told them I would call them back after their computers were back online so I could pay for the service. They told me not to worry about it that they were glad to have been able to help me out. I understand you have to take calls, sure once you finish with them and you have a conversation with me please at least finish it and be more direct then walking back and forth and taking more calls. read more

I used to race cars so I needed a lot of tire changes. Been going to this location for 21 years. The names and faces have changed. But they've never messed up a tire for me. We brought our work truck there and they fixed a couple small things free and without us even asking for them to be fixed. Isaiah who goes by (long haired guy on the phone) is extremely disrespectful to customers. When I arrived the first visit Isaiah assured he had all work approved and would have my car complete by the end of the day. When the shop was near closing I called to ask for an update on my car as no one had called for 6 hours. Isaiah answered as (long haired guy here) I asked about my vehicle and he advised they did nothing to it and either I could leave my car overnight or come back another day. So I don't know about you but I work 50 hours a week and it is already difficult enough to take a day to take my car to the shop. So I came back another day and Isaiah was there and I explained the inconvenience from the previous visit. Isaiah then said that never happened And start to argue with me Calling me a liar while the manager stands and watches. A mias employee stepped in to calm Isaiah down as he continued to embarrass me by raising his voice. He continued to mumble under his breath as the Mia's employee fixed my issue. Isaiah is not a good customer service rep. Very disrespectful I will not be back with either of my vehicles. I've never been so disrespected by someone before. We were having trouble keeping our tow car tire inflated on our trip from San Diego to Tampa. As soon as we checked in to our RV resort, we called Tire Kingdom on Parson's Ave and got an appointment in a half hour. The tire we needed was at another store but the attendant drove to the store, got the exact tire and they put it on our car as we waited. I thank Tire Kingdom for their attention and helping get us back on our vacation. We are so grateful for the wonderful service. read more

I was in town for a convention and got a flat tire. I was alone with my two children and running our booth by myself. We had an 80 mile drive home that night and I didn't know what to do. The convention didn't end until 5pm and I called several places looking for a place to patch my tire after the convention ended. No one would take me except for this store as it was a Saturday and most of the local shops closed by Noon or before 6. We got there at 5:30pm (they close at 6pm). I was super stressed and close to tears. The store manager stayed open late so that they could patch my tire and then didn't charge me for the repair. It was such a huge blessing to me and my children and we are so very thankful for this shop! read more

I am done with Tire Kingdom and will be searching for a shop that pays attention to what they are doing Well here's how it happened. We've been customers of the Tire Kingdom on Parsons for a number of years. They replaced the Air Conditioner in one of our cars and though it worked they really scratched up the dash removing it. I had no idea the dash had to be removed. I guess that's my fault for not checking into it further before letting them do the work. A few weeks later the car starts to develop other problems which I suspected were related to the work done on the AC. I can't prove anything but I believe they destroyed that car. I resolved to only use them for Tires and Oil Changes. A few months ago I took my Toyota in for an oil change. All was fine until I got down the road and discovered the engine chugging and the check engine light came on. Before taking it back I popped the hood and discovered hoses to the air cleaner were not connected. Then I remembered they did this once before about a year ago. It took the mechanic about 20 minutes to figure it out and reset the engine light. I went to tirekingdom.com and registered a complaint. They responded with coupons for discounts off future purchases. I am done with Tire Kingdom and will be searching for a shop that pays attention to what they are doing, and are more professional. read more

Felis told me that my alignment was not being completed properly and fixed my problem in good timing and gave me a great price for the parts. I appreciated the customer service that was provided. I recently moved to this area about 2 years ago and needed to have work done on my car. Most corporate owned service and tire shops are always out to get you for more than what you came for. I can say that was not my experience here. EVERY TIME I've come back I've been greeted by name! It's nice to be remembered by management. Fellis is a hoot and makes waiting for service the best. He definitely works to keep his crew on point and the customers informed. I've had my brakes replaced and new tires. Yes, it can be pricey but waiting on promotions have helped the costs. I had issues with my initial brakes service but came back and they promptly corrected the problem with no hassle. I'm also a big fan of their buy 2 get 2 sale on tires, it was a saver. I also love that I purchased the tire service plan so I can come to get my tires rotated when needed at no cost. When I've made appointments or walked in, service wait times have been reasonable depending on the day and time I've come in. I try to make appointments when I know I'll be in during peak times or not really up to long waits. If you are looking for tire or break service definitely give them a try. Oh! If you do wait, remember a jacket. They keep it super cool inside. ;-) read more

We had a flat tire on I-4 today. The staff at Tire Kingdom on Parsons St in Seffner were very pleasant and accommodating. We arrived at 6:10, they close at 7. They worked us into their busy schedule and got us a new tire installed within 35-40 minutes. They stayed open later than 7pm just to get the job done and got us on the road. Most tire places in Seffner were closed at 5:30-6pm but Tire Kingdom closes at 7pm which is much appreciated especially for unforeseen circumstances i.e. a flat tire on the interstate. Really, I never thought I'd be writing a review about a tire store, but the level of professionalism and service that this place operates on is worthy of recognition. Store manager Juan Carlos runs a tight ship and sets the bar high for his team. Prices are consistent with other tire shops but they are willing to work with you to get and keep you as a customer. read more

This garage has a Spanish manager named Juan Carlos. After many years of doing business with this place the nice manager will get rid of each customer if he realizes that the tire kingdom is not making money off of you. The way he gets rid of customers that never spend very much money is to insult them, treat them rude, get the customer mad so the customer don't come back. That is what he did to me after many years of going there and then one day he started the insults, the rudeness, pawning you off to another mechanic to help you . I don't go there anymore. read more

This is the worst tire kingdom I've been to and We've been taking all my family's cars to tire kingdoms over the years and getting our tires from them. But since moving to seffner this was the closest to us. Customer service is lacking but what's worse is that they did an alignment and rotation and failed to tell us about two of the back tires where one of them had tread ripped . Another tire had a chunk of tread missing. They let us drive the car off and after noticing that it was still shaky and making a thumping noise driving it home my husband refused to drive it until we could bring it back in. After bringing it back to have them take a look and waiting over an hour and a half the sales manager pointed out to us the two tires. He said it was dangerous to be driving it in that condition. I mentioned to him that we had brought it here just a couple days ago for an alignment and they didn't mention this. And they let us drive it off. And he said that if he had seen this they wouldn't have let us drive it off. But that he wasn't there that day so he doesn't know why they didn't mention it to us. Really? So your staff just fails to tell people when their tires are dangerous and could cause an accident? I would suggest going elsewhere where the staff doesn't overlook those important details. read more

Staff is super helpful and very honest! You cant find a car repair/tire shop that you can trust anymore. They don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. The store manager Juan Carlos is a great person to deal with and I would refer anyone to this location. read more
