They quickly took down the pertinent information as to which service I needed (towing) and gave me a reasonable quote. I did not feel like the person on the other end had any under tone of "take or leave it" attitude as thy provided the cost for service. The conversation was very pleasant and at the end I was given a time frame of a 2 hr window for expected time of arrival. When the 2 hr time frame was approaching they called me to let me know the truck maybe 10 mins later than anticipated. Courteous and professional!! Most companies providing services (towing/roadside assistance) of this nature often make you feel as if you need them more than they need you; however, true as it maybe as often the scenario is a stranded motorist needing a tow, but this company did not make me feel that way. U-Break I Tow had great rates and, after talking to the owner Louis, I felt they were the right choice. Louis came out a couple of hours later and towed the car.
