I literally made this account for this one review…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I scheduled a tow 5 hours in advance after my car broke down, and I even arranged an Uber to get to work, trusting they'd keep their word. After two exhausting 12-hour shifts at a hospital, I showed up at the scheduled time only to find that no one was coming. No one even bothered to notify me of the delay, leaving me stranded at my broken-down car with no support and an additional 2-hour wait. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values reliability or courtesy. They've completely wasted my time and shown zero respect for my situation. **Edit** I just want to add that according to the company, they have a very bad flow of communication towards their team. Their lack of proper communication and planning leads to unprofessional service. I am pleased that I now must wait an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours minimum for my service with only $25 off my $106 total fee, not including the $70 of Uber charges. It was that or Uber again home and try another time. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor my friends unless you want unprofessional service and lack of proper communication towards the dispatcher-drived and driver-manager. I should not have to message the driver and not hear anything back 5 mins before my scheduled tow. I still would like to personally apologize to the dispatcher who is very supportive and trying to understand my situation and help but in the end I will be a "Karen" right here and say this is still unprofessional especially with everything's that has come out of this situation. But having been a manager, I would have liked for them to call and apologize to me instead of sending his dispatcher on his poor management.

I asked the person if I should have done a reservation any other way or come another day. His answer was: "just because you have a reservation it does not mean you will be taken care of at that time". I then asked, again, if I should have done the reservation any other way or come another day and the response was that it would always be the same. I would not recommend to come to this place.

I had my vehicle's battery replaced here in October 2024...a few days after Hurricane Milton. Then…read moreI drove it home where it sat in the garage for about a week while power and internet service was restored to parts of Tampa. Once I started driving again, I noticed a strange sound coming from the front of the vehicle. It sounded almost like a squeaky spring, barely noticeable except at low speeds when going over bumps. I tried to ignore it for about three days until it felt like water torture and I felt like I might go mad. I called a mobile mechanic, who came to my house and spent an hour checking all of the inner workings of the front of my vehicle. He could not locate the cause of the sound, but he noted that the battery brackets had not been tightened, and one small side bracket had not been secured at all because the screw that was used was not long enough or large enough to hold the bracket in place. He tightened the brackets, and handed me the one bracket that couldn't be secured. And as he was preparing to close the hood and provide me directions on what to say when I took it to the dealership, he moved his flashlight across the front while looking down into the vehicle, and said "wait a minute"... After a few more minutes of struggling, he pulled out a ratchet. So not only was my battery not secured when it was installed, someone had dropped a ratchet down into my vehicle and just left it there. Just, Wow. Thank you, Tire Kingdom. You can't have your ratchet back, the mechanic took it as partial payment. I should send you the bill for the balance!
