The people here are always professional. I've been dealing with them for maybe 10+ years. I brought my car in the other day for an oil change and a tire rotation. They handled it quickly and without any problems, they found a couple of other things and I was able to take care of them easily, and I was out in time to do everything for my Christmas shopping and all. Another update ... This time for new tires delivered by Tire Rack and installed by this shop. They are an approved shop by Tire Rack, so it was easy to select them when ordering my tires. Ryan, the associate behind the desk was a class act. Nice greeting as I walked in. During three hour wait he ordered an Uber for a lady who didn't know how and was updating those in the waiting room on the status of their vehicle repairs. He even helped a customer charge his phone at the recharge station the store has. Keep up the great work Ryan! The shop hand tightens lugnuts to factory specs with a torque wrench. Ryan even showed me the tool. I watched part of my install and they appeared to handle the rims carefully. Keeping my 4 vs something higher for the reason noted before plus this time around I asked how much they would charge to flush/replace transmission fluid and was told they don't offer this service for cars with CVT transmissions. This eliminates a wide spectrum of vehicles that now use CVT transmissions. read more

Everyone has bad days--but when a business's bad day affects a customer, I expect accountability and a resolution. That was not the case with my recent experience at Tire Plus in Seminole. I went in to have a tire repaired, and while I was there, a terrifying situation unfolded. A man stormed in, aggressively going after a woman who was clearly scared and trying to get away from him. The employees did try to help her, but in the chaos, the man began throwing tools and anything he could get his hands on. It was dangerous and completely out of control. The next morning, I noticed that my windshield was damaged. I called Tire Plus immediately, and they denied any responsibility. I escalated the issue to corporate, and their response was even more disappointing--they claimed they aren't liable for damages caused by "random people" entering their shop. So, essentially, my car was damaged under their care, on their property, and they washed their hands of it. Yes, I knew the reviews weren't great before I went in, but I was in a time crunch and felt stuck. Now I'm really trapped--because of the warranty, I'll have to return to a place I no longer trust. today, 4/8/26, i took my car in for a slow leak in the back tire. they told me there was a nail in the side of the tire, unrepairable! i paid $300 for a new tire. when i went to pick up my car, i asked for my old tire for insurance purposes. they took very long to give it to me. i reminded them it was my tire and i deserve to get it back. after 30 minutes, they brought my tire to my car. i asked to mechanic where was the hole on the side. he stated there was no hole on the side. in fact, he repaired the tire and told the manager it was fixed. the manager told him i asked for a new tire. this was all a lie!!!!! I asked the mechanic to put the repaired tire back on my car. i then asked the manager for a refund. they said there was no one there to authorize a refund! conveniently! i said but you tried to fraud me! he said it was a civil suit now and asked me to leave! i had already paid so i was not leaving. he then stated he would call the police if i didn't leave! i said call the popo!!!!!!! so i can tell them how you lie and defraud your customers! he then said he didnt have to do nothing! i said so you are not going to call the police! he said no! so i stood there military stance until he called the police. he called his boss instead and them gave me a full refund! do not go here, they are not a reputable business. they size up their customers, especially women!!!!! read more

Our car was bringing here for tire replacement and alignment. This is their expertise. I would recommend if you need to change the tire, might as well purchase the life time alignment. In the long run, it will save you money down the road. After four alignment, it will worth your money for the lifetime alignment. They have 40000 to 65000 mile tire. Lower mile tire usually is 40 percent less price. Which is more value since most tire need to be replaced eventually. You can ask their road hazards protection. I cannot said for other car repair. But for tire and alignment is good. You can make appointment to lesser the wait time. You also can call them to how busy they are before bringing the car. We took our car here to replace brake pads. Left with a check engine light followed by a blown motor. STAY FAR AWAY! In summary, we've serviced all of our vehicles here (over 12+ years). Never had an issue. On 9/29/24, brought our Lincoln MKX and requested a brake system check. The team assessed the vehicle and recommended brake pads and a battery replacement (still under warranty through TiresPlus). I picked up the vehicle a couple hours later. To our surprise, the Check Engine light came on and the car started shaking immediately. Notified the team, we were initially told it was the "terminal". Left the car overnight for them to conduct further investigation, and received the call the next afternoon that water entered the motor and no longer is operating. We dealt with Ed the store manager. At first, very pleasant. He wanted us to use their internal investigator unit to get to the bottom of what happened. The results obviously were favorable for their store. We requested that we tow the vehicle to the Ford/Lincoln dealership for an unbiased assessment. That's when the customer service changed for the worse. We saw Ed's true colors and no longer felt like a valued customer. We are still actively working this case with Ford on making us whole. Just be careful with coming to this location (Specifically New Tampa). Very negligent and poor customer service. read more

Besides the fact that they fix cars, this is a great place. While I was waiting for my car, I got to observe the people that worked there. It was immediately clear who was the store manager. The way Ed communicated with his employees was just so pleasant to watch. There's so much respect and love in this place. And nothing is fake or pretend. Its just a pleasant work atmosphere that can be picked up by customers. Also the employees were nice and pleasant and engaged in pleasant chats and jokes. Honestly, I love this Tire Plus Team here in Wesley Chapel. I feel like the maintenance here is family to me. They've always done an amazing job with my 2016 Silverado. They're friendly and always work with your time frame. I use to work at Crunch Fitness as an Opener so I'd be exhausted by the time I'd get off work and they'd always have everything ready for me and tackle my service in a timely manner so seeing everyone else's reviews makes me think they don't get enough praise in my opinion. I called to ask for a refund since I was told it was included. They refused to issue a refund. Once I arrived two employees was outside talking and joking with a customer, so I interrupted and as was anyone working inside. When we came back at 5:30 they told us that they forgot about it and that they'd do it in 30 minutes while we wait. Today we tried to drop our other car off for an oil change at 7:45 am. Exceeded the time frame of when oil change was supposed to be complete.

Do not go to this shop! I've had my car serviced here many times over about 7 years. The quality of the work they do has declined significantly. If I have needed anything done other than an oil change, I have had to pay between $400-$700 for each repair they've recommended. Within 2 years, I have had my car battery replaced by this shop twice. the first battery lasted a few months, then they replaced it with no charge. Now my battery is bad again for the third time, but I'm taking it elsewhere this time. Same issue when I had my headlights replaced here, which they charged over $400 to do. A few weeks later, headlights needed to be replaced again. Seems like they're not using quality parts, or they're not repairing things properly. They're not following accurate torque specs, causing more damage, probably just rushing through repairs and not caring about the vehicle they're supposed to be fixing. I had my axel replaced here, and my car was still making an awful noise when turning, so I took it somewhere else to be assessed, and they had such a difficult time taking the wheel off because they had the lug nuts on so tight. It took the mechanic over 12 hours to repair what Tires Plus messed up. I will never go to Tires Plus again, and will share each negative experience I've had with everyone I know who even considers taking their car there. read more

Went in to get new tires, JUST TIRES. Came back to pick my car up and was told all my tire rods were rusted and they couldn't fully align my car due to the rust being so bad. The tires rods and installation would've cost around $700, so I though I'd take it to my dealership to have a second look. And what they said was the people who worked on my car were lazy and just didn't take the time to do there job correct. My tire rods are perfectly fine but those brand new $500 tires I got are already worn because of this tires plus being bums. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE. June 2021, Longtime customer will never go back after latest experience. I brought a tire in to have plugged with 1 nail visibly sticking out and No other damage to the tire. Showed the technician the location of the puncture. I received a call saying my tire was ready. When I went to pay thinking the cost would be around $22 dollars they wanted to charge me $180. I was shocked and asked why. They had put a new tire on the rim without telling me. To fix the issue the manager on duty offered to put old tire back on the rim. Unbelievable. read more

I went in for a brake change and oil change and was told it was my strut/wheel bearings instead. Was given a $3500 estimate in total. I told them I need to get a second opinion and not to start any repairs on the vehicle. From that point on was treated very poorly by the mechanic/front desk. They even decided themselves to still change my oil without first confirming with me. At that point it felt like they were just trying to get whatever $$ out of me they could. I still paid them for my oil change because I didn't want to cause a problem. I later learned from a recommended facility that the only issue was my brake pads/rotors (like I originally thought and stated to tires plus) and was $800 total to fix. The car is driving great now and I'm very happy I didn't allow myself to be taken advantage of by a predatory repair facility. I still want to make a formal complaint and will be leaving a review anywhere I can so others can avoid being lied to and preyed upon. read more

I will never take a vehicle here again! 14 months ago go, I brought my 06 Civic in because the passenger side front brake was grinding. I paid for Rotors, pads and a fluid flush, almost $500. I had to bring it in again 2 weeks ago because it was grinding on the same brake. They put 2 remanufactured calipers on with all the front pads. All I had to pay for was the calipers. Good deal, right! NOT! I started hearing some rattling and the right front brake would grind under hard braking. I took both wheels off today and when I checked, the top caliper bolt was missing. You could flop the whole caliper front and back on the bottom bolt! I checked the other side and it was fine. I took the top bolt out on that side, and with my little extendable mechanic's mirror, I looked closely at the hole where the caliper bolt goes. You could see that the paint was roughed where the bolt head tightens down. On the other side it was pristine. There had never been a bolt in it. They gave me my car back unfinished! Now I've been driving my kids to school every day for 2 weeks like that. I still gave them 2 stars because they fixed the problem and refunded the cost of one of the calipers, but I can't trust them with my or anyone else's life. They've been sloppy too many times and the price breaks won't mean anything if someone gets hurt or killed. read more

This store is NOT good. I had been going there for oil changes for my pickup for a while, but I am NEVER GOING BACK! I went there on a Thursday morning for an oil change. The guy said that it would be a while, and that I should make an appointment for 5pm so that I did not have to wait. O.K. I came back at 4:30pm. The waiting room was full and I was told that they could not take me that day, in spite of my appointment. Come back Sat. morning and they would give me a discount. Sat. morning, they want to charge me $95 instead of $29.99 for an oil change. Discount? they would knock off $10. Said I needed synthentic oil. My truck is old enough that it can take regular oil. No budging from them. I went elsewhere, and they wouldn't touch it because the oil pan had an invalid plug - thanks to this store. $727 later, I managed to get an oil change (regular oil). Tires Plus never said that they were changing the plug on my oil pan thus making it impossible for me to get an oil change anywhere else. THESE PEOPLE SEEM TO BE CROOKS!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM!! They make make it very costly to fix what they do to you! read more

Had an appointment set at about 3pm the previous day for 8:30am the next day. I got a notification that my appointment was pending. Never a confirmation so I went at 8:30 for my appointment. I believe Ed the associate or manager said that there was no confirmation because they were unsure that the person doing the oil change would be in because they had a family emergency. Alright I accept that along with being short staffed, but why couldn't someone call me to let me know. Ed being the great guy he is said he would try to work it in and it would be done at some point today. I called at 2:30 pm and it wasn't done so I decided to go back and pick my vehicle up & cancel. I'm certain they could have worked my vehicle in earlier but decided other appointments that will make them more money would come first. When I talked to him on the phone he said it would be done by 6, which is unacceptable because my car was there for over 6 hours as it was. The main reason I am writing this review is because of how the ball was dropped overall on a customer service level. When I went to pick up my vehicle Ed proceeded to fight with me & made it like it was my fault of how this was handled. When he went to get my keys the service manager came out, he was nice and apologized. Ed simply didn't want to deal with me anymore which is fine because I'm assuming he would have just tried to place blame again on me. This guy needs some serious training on how to treat customers. So here is the kicker, I have been going to this specific location for over 15 years & I will now drive further to a different location, I am done with this location & if others get treated the way I did will do the same or will simply do business with a business who values them. read more

I dropped off 4 tires mounted on rims in boxes that I had taken off my car myself to have the tire monitoring valve stems removed. A very simple job that ANY tire place should do with no trouble. I received a call from the manager informing me that they had completed the job, but one of the tires was missing the monitoring unit and they were unable to locate it inside the tire. I had personally reset my vehicle numerous times and can assure you that there were four operating units when I dropped them off. I went back and picked up my boxes and vowed never to return, sure that they had lost or broken my now missing sensor. The reality of their blunder is far more absurd. I opened my boxes to confirm that at least everything else was ok before storing my spare tires/rims when I notice that one of the tires HAD NEVER EVEN BEEN TOUCHED. That's right, of four boxed up rims that only needed broken down enough to remove the valve stem these guys only did three before calling to tell me that after a quite thorough search, I was missing one... Morons If you value your vehicle, and want the work done right do not go to these people! read more
