The main issue is they give you a completely fictitious timeframe on when you will receive services. I came in at 11 and was told I'd be seen by 1:15 to1:30. It is now 3:20 and they are just pulling my vehicle in. They are also STILlL accepting walk-ins and giving deadlines they know they cannot meet because they already have appointments that are coming in and bumping walk-ins down the list. I've waisted my entire day and once the maintenance is complete I still have an hour long drive back home. If you already have appointments for the day and will not be able to squeeze folks in with the timelines you have, why not just be honest and say "Our schedule is too full". That way you are not giving false hope and deterring customers from ever wanting to use your business. I came to Discount Tires because they normally do great work, but waiting 5 hours for a job that takes 20 minutes made me realize that next time I'll take my business elsewhere!

I drove in after a horrible day,…read moremy car was honking everytime I turned the wheel and my hazard lights would turn on and not turn off. I also had multiple lights on. I don't know anything about cars, so I am lost and I am not going to lie, I don't have a lot of money so I'm also scared that I was going to be out of transportation. I checked in and the guy told me they were going to probably have to run electrical diagnostics and went into detail about the outcomes. Then after hearing my story, he called over another gentleman who also listened and he was able to actually take a look to see if it was what he was thinking. After 5-10 minutes later, he came back with the good news it was what he was thinking and told me how he was able to stop it. But the bad news was that my lights were on for no reason and the electrical system needed to be checked. I am glad I came here for my car cause they were fantastic. I left and realized they also fixed my driver side window, it used to not roll down, now it does! I have an appointment scheduled coming up for my car, wish me luck! :)
