In early July 2021 I visited with Managers Sam & Otto for tires. They were very attentive to my budget and even told me of a coupon good for later in the month. I returned July 30th and purchased four tires, service plan and alignment. I spent a little more for a higher quality Michelin touring tire with 70k me warranty. Sam took my car in early and even had it back before promised. Felt comfortable with the deal and level of service. read more

I am very disappointed and frustrated about what happened to me. There is so much to mention that I can't just put it in print. Here's what happened. (1st time)On May 14th 2026 I went to Tuffy to have a full set of tires put on along with other work. Driving home it doesn't feel right. I drove it about 15 miles to see if it was still shakening. It was out of alignment. They let me leave without balancing the tires?? (2nd time)Took it back to them a couple of weeks later They checked it and told me a weight must have fell of the back passenger tire. Said they checked all the tires. Guess what still the same. (3rd time) Took it back again they had it for 2 hours and I watched them check the tires again. After 2 hours the manager came out and told me two back tires are "out of round". I ask what needs to be done. They told me that's on me, that I need to contact the manufacturer about the tires. He gave me NO numbers and basically said to bad so sad. Told me its Mavis's corporate policy. I called the corporate office and Tracy did a great job helping me. She was flabbergasted at what they told me. She she that is completely untrue. He should have done a warrentary claim and then we could go from there. I told her I'm not going back there. She set me up with Tire Kingdom. (4th time)Rich at Tire Kingdom was awesome. Great human skills and stayed in contact with me. The had my truck for 3 days because they found that the two tires were bad. (Tuffy)They installed bad tires. I went to pick it up on 07/03 and the manager Steve the SM said I had to pay for install of the new tires. WHAT? They had all my past problems documented and the manager wanted me to pay for something that should have been right the first time. Of course I told him I'm not paying Here's my question, if they were an honest group, not profit before quality service ,why did it take four times to find this problem. Corporate has a detail set of notes about this situation. I'm leaving out the real issue I had and that's how I was treated and talked to. I have called corporate three times and each time requested the regional manager to call me. Well he has not and that tells me everything I need to know bout MAVIS. Great corporate speak but the retail execution, communication and behavior is unacceptable. These Guys represent your brand., I will never use any Mavis tire stores again. I am posting to Facebook, BBB, Reddit and the corporate site if I can. Thanks for wasting hours of my time. BTW I kept the locations out of it. Maybe if the Regional director would have called me I could have given him more information. Terrible service read more

I would not recommend taking your car here. Read the reviews and use caution. Not honest, or professional. Unfortunately, my car was in worse condition when I got it back than when I brought it in. I originally took the vehicle in for a fuel pump-related repair. The brakes were working properly when I dropped the car off. When I picked up the car and went to leave, I experienced a serious problem with the vacuum system that assists the brakes, and the brakes were no longer functioning as they had before. The shop flat out did not know how to access the fuel pump relay. Instead of properly accessing or diagnosing it, they struggled with the repair, and I have serious concerns about how my vehicle was handled during that process. There were additional problems with my experience, including the fact that the inside of my car was left a greasy mess. A panel inside the vehicle was removed and damaged, and the air conditioning was also affected by the damage to the vacuum system. These issues are too numerous to detail fully in this review. What should have been a relatively straightforward repair turned into considerably more aggravation, additional troubleshooting, and concern about the condition of my vehicle. My advice: do your research, read the reviews carefully, and consider taking your vehicle elsewhere. I would not bring my car back to this shop. read more

I had to get my tire looked at and after they checked it they saw it needed to be replaced, so they searched for my tire and had to order it. They called me as soon as they finished ordering the tire to tell me it would be in tomorrow. I asked for an oil change also and they were very helpful with ordering that as well. My car was done promptly the next day and they even refilled my empty windshield washer fluid no charge. I got some great discounts and saved more money than I was expecting. I will be returning again if I need my car serviced. read more

Terrible customer service! Set an appointment and then they proceeded to cancel it, just as I was arriving the next day for my set time. The old fossil at the front desk was rude and completely unprofessional. There are many competitors no reason to ever go to this location read more

They were able to get us in last minute at the end of the day to patch a tire which had a screw in it. They were professional and explained everything fully. Great experience. read more

Was told one thing, waited two days after dropping off my tires just to receive a call that they can't do what they said they could. Want me to buy an entire new tire due to them not wanting to patch it, and it's not on the sidewall. read more

Terrible customer service. Went in for tires. Held my car for over 24 hours. No phone call. Didn't acknowledge their mistake. Tried to blame it on me. Definitely will not return. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! On 1.11.25 we brought our 2018 Audi A4 with 42,000 miles to the Tire Kingdom in Odessa for an oil change. We picked up the car, brought it home, parked it in the garage, the next morning there was oil all over our garage floor. We brought the car back to the Tire Kingdom, they looked at the car, said it could be the oil plug, but later said it was an O-ring. They then performed another oil change. That evening we were driving and the skid plate fell and was dragging on the road, this was due to The Tire Kingdom removing part of skid plate while looking for the leaking oil and not properly re-installing. We had to wait 2 hours on the side of the road for a tow truck and had the car towed to the Tire Kingdom at 12:15am. The next morning, I went to the Tire Kingdom 8:00am, they lifted the car in the air, removed the hanging skid plate. We then didn't have enough screws; I ordered them on Amazon and returned again the next day at 8:00, at which time they re-installed the skid plate. read more

The tire pressure light came on and I decided to stop and have them check my tires. Thank you Michael for your assistance...I learned a few things this morning and had a few laughs. 2 thumbs up! read more

Very professional and knowledgeable group of mechanics here. Gary kept me in the loop on my scheduled tire change. I had a lot of extra asks which was probably super annoying but he was cool as a cucumber about everything. Happy to recommend this location and I plan to continue being a customer. read more

Amazing people. They are honest and reliable and professional. I had 4 calibers, 4 rotars and brake pads changed, air conditioning recharged and it all has been done in a day with a good price. They have also offered 90 days same as cash offer which let's you pay weekly with small amount. Special thanks to Sam and Jeremy on top. read more

Went in Saturday for oil change and tire rotation. They were busy and even though I had an appointment was ok with waiting. Just under 2 hours, they came and asked for someone with the same name. I thought it was me...nope. But, after that they acknowledged the mistake, got my car in and took care of my bill. I would've never thought they'd handle the cost since it was a Saturday and lots of appointments. But, great staff and will be back. read more

I sent my mom to Tire Kingdom because her tire kept losing air. When she arrived they had zero cars in the bays so they were not busy. She was told she'd have to make an appointment online and that it would likely not be one until a week from Saturday! She asked if they would at least put air in the tire which they agreed to do, When they put air in the tire the guy saw a screw in her tire but still sent her driving down the road because she did not have an appointment!! They sent my 72 year old mother driving down the road on what they new was a bad tire!!!!! She went to Tires Choice and they fixed it but she could have had a flat or blow out on the way there. I just cannot believe they did this to her. I will NEVER take my business there again. read more

Went to tire kingdom because I was told I need everything changed from a different place. They even stated I had a nail in a tire that fully needed to be changed! Gary, at tire kingdom, took a look and gave great advice to help with my car and tire!! It was a great experience and feel very much at ease. I will from now on be going here for all services for my car! read more

Let me say right off that they are very nice..The experience I had however with the mechanic was not so good. I took my car in as the brake pedal was going to the floor and my car was barely stopping. The mechanic claimed he didn't notice a problem but that I needed front pads and rotors. I had that done and when I drove off my car barely stopped and the pedal went to the floor. After paying $764 (included oil change an maybe a brake bleed) I took it somewhere else and sure enough it was a some kind of vacuum unit that was broken..I'm super annoyed that this place couldn't even notice that something was wrong. If he had admitted he didn't know what was wrong I would have been ok with that. read more

I had a large nail in my tire and these guys were quick to fit me in and get me back on the road. Excellent customer service and caring staff. Highly recommend! read more

I've never had a bad experience here. Every time I need something done, be it an emergency or something scheduled, they always take care of it in a timeframe that makes sense. They're quite nice, and the prices make sense. This isn't the closest one to me, but this location treats me better than any others. read more

A big thank you to Mike B at the Tire Kingdom Odessa Fl.! I needed air in my tires and he was the first on the scene to help me. I appreciate his big smile and friendliness! Not only did he meet a need but he did it in away that will cause me to buy my tires from this property! Thank you Mike B! read more

I am always greeted with a smile. They are honest and let me know if there is something I don't need to get repaired right away. When funds are tight I can't always afford to get everything fixed right away. They have worked with me to ensure I could afford vital repairs so I could make it to work. They also let me leave a Scentsy warmer in their lobby which I stock with different scented wax. read more

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and made an appointment for 7:00 AM the following day. I was seen right away and was only there for a total of 20 minutes. Turned out to be a nail that could be patched. When they were done, the manager said "I haven't charged anyone for the first tire repair of the day and I'm not going to start now." It's nice to know that there are still good folks out there. Very positive experience. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my vehicle needs now. Wish more folks would do business this way! read more

I completely disagree with all of these reviews on here, these people are the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. I dropped off a tire this morning to get it fix, I was told to pick it up this afternoon since they only had one technician on duty at the time I dropped off the tire. To my surprise when I went to pick up the tire this afternoon I find out the tire cannot be repaired " ACCORDING TO THEM" which is completely the opposite to what I was told this morning when I dropped it off. Complete waste of time, I picked up the tire and found another local shop who was in fact able to repair it for a fraction of what they quoted me this morning. Hopefully this will help someone before they try to do business with this unprofessional shop. read more

The staff here are the best! I came in with a leaking tire and they immediately checked it out, plugged the leak, filled all other tires and didn't charge a thing!! They didn't try to up sell me on tires, not even a tire rotation with my next oil change. They were completely honest and understanding of my time. I have come here before for an oil change and I had a positive experience then too. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and you can watch your car being serviced. I will absolutely keep this place in mind for future needs! read more

Wow, fantastic service! My wife and I are from out of state, having come here for her surgery. Have had the rental car for a few days and took notice of a slow leak in one of the tires. The rental company was useless, explaining that the tire repair is our problem unless we wanted to have a replacement vehicle delivered to us at our expense (almost $500!). They even told us as an option to plug the tire (which we know is not a good idea). So, I took the vehicle to the Odessa, FL, Tire Kingdom location and was told they could repair the tire, but it would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours wait time. I stated that my wife is recovering from surgery, that I needed to get back to her as soon as possible, but I had no choice but to wait. The service manager jumped on this right away and the tire was fixed in seemingly record time! I know from experience that the repair is not difficult, but it is noteworthy that they did not cut corners; I mentioned that the rental company suggested plugging the tire, but Tire Kingdom refuses to do this, instead dismounting the tire and patching it from inside (the safest method). Truly the best possible service that could be offered, and during a difficult time. While we don't have Tire Kingdom stores where we live, we will keep them at the forefront should we have a future need in an area they are located. Thank you Tire Kingdom for going above and beyond. Very much appreciated!!! read more
