    I am very disappointed and frustrated about what happened to me. There is so much to mention that…read moreI can't just put it in print. Here's what happened. (1st time)On May 14th 2026 I went to Tuffy to have a full set of tires put on along with other work. Driving home it doesn't feel right. I drove it about 15 miles to see if it was still shakening. It was out of alignment. They let me leave without balancing the tires?? (2nd time)Took it back to them a couple of weeks later They checked it and told me a weight must have fell of the back passenger tire. Said they checked all the tires. Guess what still the same. (3rd time) Took it back again they had it for 2 hours and I watched them check the tires again. After 2 hours the manager came out and told me two back tires are "out of round". I ask what needs to be done. They told me that's on me, that I need to contact the manufacturer about the tires. He gave me NO numbers and basically said to bad so sad. Told me its Mavis's corporate policy. I called the corporate office and Tracy did a great job helping me. She was flabbergasted at what they told me. She she that is completely untrue. He should have done a warrentary claim and then we could go from there. I told her I'm not going back there. She set me up with Tire Kingdom. (4th time)Rich at Tire Kingdom was awesome. Great human skills and stayed in contact with me. The had my truck for 3 days because they found that the two tires were bad. (Tuffy)They installed bad tires. I went to pick it up on 07/03 and the manager Steve the SM said I had to pay for install of the new tires. WHAT? They had all my past problems documented and the manager wanted me to pay for something that should have been right the first time. Of course I told him I'm not paying Here's my question, if they were an honest group, not profit before quality service ,why did it take four times to find this problem. Corporate has a detail set of notes about this situation. I'm leaving out the real issue I had and that's how I was treated and talked to. I have called corporate three times and each time requested the regional manager to call me. Well he has not and that tells me everything I need to know bout MAVIS. Great corporate speak but the retail execution, communication and behavior is unacceptable. These Guys represent your brand., I will never use any Mavis tire stores again. I am posting to Facebook, BBB, Reddit and the corporate site if I can. Thanks for wasting hours of my time. BTW I kept the locations out of it. Maybe if the Regional director would have called me I could have given him more information. Terrible service

    I had a very concerning experience here and would not recommend this shop based on how my situation…read morewas handled. I originally brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic/coolant issue. The shop sent an approval/deny request by text for additional work, and I did not approve it through that system. I also only asked questions about pricing over the phone. I called because they wanted to charge me almost $500 for a part and around 200 for labor. The OEM part goes for no more than $130. On the phone call I did not clearly authorize the repair. Despite that, I was told the work had been done. When I questioned it, I was told I had given verbal approval, which I disputed. I was not willing to pay 700 plus dollars for this repair when I knew It was not worth that. I told them to go ahead and remove the part they replaced and give me back the original piece. This ended in a heated conversation over the phone. When I went to pick my car up, I asked questions about what was done and tried to get clarification, I felt like my concerns were brushed off, and I was not allowed to speak with the technician who worked on my vehicle. They refused all communication and I was asked to leave. After leaving, I noticed serious issues related to the coolant system. My coolant reservoir was completely empty, my heat would only work while driving and not at idle, my coolant temperature reached 258°F while driving, and I found what appeared to be a loose hose/coolant residue and a damaged or broken-looking cap/part near the reservoir area. I am including photos of what I found. Regardless of the disagreement about authorization, my biggest concern is that my vehicle did not appear to be returned to me in a safe or properly completed condition. I paid for the diagnostic, but I left feeling extremely uncomfortable with the lack of communication, the lack of clear answers, and the condition of the vehicle afterward. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing, asking for detailed documentation, and carefully checking your vehicle before leaving this shop. Or avoid this place at all cost!!!!!

    I had an appointment for 11:00pm for a battery install unfortunately the system had me down for…read more2:00pm. Luckily they were able to accommodate me and fit me in,but didn't have the battery in stock which required a short wait. The service was excellent and Mike at the desk kept me informed of why was going on. I was in and out by 12 which was good because I had to get on the road. I would give them five stars, but the reservation system needs some work due to the timing mix up and it won't allow you to just put in battery purchase and install you have to select electrical system check. I already knew I needed a battery and didn't need the system check.

Ask 3 times if they were sure they can do the alignment. We have a dually and places say they can until the see the truck then realize its too big or heavy for their equipment. Spoke with Tyler at this location who said they have new equipment and it wouldn't be an issue. Dropped the truck off at 10:30, received a call at 3:15 (al.ost 4 hours later) saying the truck was done. We go pick it up, drive 2 blocks and came right back. The steering wheel was not centered (it was centered when it was brought in) and the truck pulled hard. Went back in to let Tyler know. He seems to know exactly what was wrong, he goes straight out to the tech and then comes back to tell us "we'll we can't really do a proper alignment, we just did the best we could" then proceeds to have a complete attitude with us. We tell him he should have said they can't do the alignment and not touch the truck, instead of messing up the truck. He said he'll have the tech try again, but probably won't get any better. We leave and come back as the tech was driving back in (at 4:47, 12 mins before they close) We go inside and Tyler had already left for the day. Had we not been there we would have not received a call. The other adviser let's us know the tech tried the alignment again, but its still not right. I won't send anyone here and will let people know Tyler is your typical salesman that doesn't not care about customers, only cares about what he can take from people.
