I had a suspension issue that caused issues with controlling the vehicle when it hit bumps or going over 55 mph. I had several people recommend Parrish Garage because they had a great experience. First off everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. After going over my Jeep they provided me with an estimate and got my approval before any work was started. I didn't have a timeline on getting my Jeep back so I told them work on it when they could. I'd rather have it done right. Once they started the work I added a couple of extra task - new (retro) radio and speaker installation. After a few week they called me and told me it was ready so I picked it up. Driving it off the lot I could tell that it handled really well (went over the train tracks with no issues) so I drove it down the road to the closest gas station to fill up the tank. I noticed some gas was leaking out around what I thought was the seal on the gas tank so I drove it back to the garage. The mechanic put it back on the lift and found the hose between the gas cap and tank had a small hole in it so they replaced it on the spot. This was a huge relief to me because I thought there was an issue with the tank and would need to replace it. They fixed this issue without any additional charges! The level of customer service is exceptional! All of the mechanics loved my Jeep and I think they enjoyed working on it. I have a few additional thing I'd like to get done at some point and I'll go to Parrish Garage to have it done. They performed all of the repairs within my budget and did an outstanding job! When we first talked you said you were going to call your supplier and you would give me any reimbursement they would supply. Thirdly, the batteries were maintained properly having the water levels checked and maintained even when I'm not here. You even acknowledged the stamps on the battery stems for when the batteries were made from pictures I sent you and you acknowledged that as a practice you don't look at the imprinted date and that you were going to start looking. The technician where I traded the cart in didn't show me the date until the following day after I traded it in and I was picking up the new cart so he wasn't trying to sell me new batteries. Don't try to push off blame for your poor customer service.
