I fully expected a large service charge. this is the third time they have worked on my car and they have always been thorough and work has been excellent. I was amazed when they told me everything was fine for the trip and charged me only for an oil change. I am an older woman and they could have easily done unnecessary work and I would never have questioned it. Their honesty and consideration for their customers is top notch. I would absolutely recommend them for tires and all auto services. R. Willard

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience felt misleading and unprofessional from a…read morepricing standpoint. I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

Terrible customer service!…read more I called because I needed a new tire. During the call, the customer service representative quoted me a final price that included both the tire and labor. When I mentioned I was considering other options, they lowered the price and even created a reservation for me at that agreed-upon amount. When I arrived at the store, they pulled up my reservation but immediately tried to charge me more than the price I had been quoted. They refused to honor the price their own representative gave me. To make matters worse, an employee who wasn't even involved in the conversation became aggressive and confrontational. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he kept insisting that the representative I spoke with was in New York, as if that somehow excused the situation. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I ended the conversation, walked out, and took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this location if you expect them to honor the prices they quote or treat customers with respect.
