I was NOT told the "Please check the sensor", would be who-knows how many hours labor at who-really-knows-what-rate. You used to offer sound explanations about charges and rates. Now the rate is not shown on the bill and the explanation was, "Do you know what the dealers charge?" Also, there is no actual labor hours noted. Seems like a great, honest, long-serving community business has lost their way. Their face man is rude and not helping, by the way. I hope to get a call from an owner wanting to keep a customer.

We went to Family Discount Muffler located on 9th St. near LeCom for an appraisal today. He took the car in and put it up on the lift. Less than five minutes later it was down and returned to us.....repaired. He welded/fixed whatever was loose and said it had been welded previously but not by someone who was very good at it.
