When I mentioned I was considering other options, they lowered the price and even created a reservation for me at that agreed-upon amount. When I arrived at the store, they pulled up my reservation but immediately tried to charge me more than the price I had been quoted. They refused to honor the price their own representative gave me. To make matters worse, an employee who wasn't even involved in the conversation became aggressive and confrontational. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he kept insisting that the representative I spoke with was in New York, as if that somehow excused the situation. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability. I ended the conversation, walked out, and took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this location if you expect them to honor the prices they quote or treat customers with respect.
