Then we referred my mom, she had the same problem. They fixed something but she still had the same problem. So she had to bring it back twice. Most recently we took our car in to have the tie rod ends fixed. We got he car back with a very very VERY loud noise. We took it back and they denied the issue. At this point we asked for our money back and the owner got aggressive. Additionally they screwed up our lug nuts so we can't get our tires off. So now we have to repay to do their work and fix the lug nuts/bolts they destroyed. They started out ok, but went downhill fast. A shame because at first we thought they were trustworthy. I recommend not taking your chances unless it's something you have time to do two or three times over....

After reading the reviews I called Shepherds and they said to come right in. They found a razor blade stuck in the tread but the cause of the leak was a damaged needle in the tire stem. They replaced the needle and did not charge me for their work. I just wanted to thank them publicly for their curteous and friendly service. I will be returning in the future for my vehicle maintenance.
