I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience felt misleading and unprofessional from a pricing standpoint. I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. AWD light was on, they could not determine the cause and left the check light on. they suggest a "smoke test". it was more than I could afford and left. a few days latter I went to have a tire repaired. the looked at the check light and said there was nothing wrong but suggested that the cause was probably a bad seal on the gas Capp. they reset the check light and I bought a new gas cap. two weeks latter and all is well. were they going to charge for test, after test, after test? be cautious. read more

Requested quote for front brake pads and had oil changed (supplied my own Mobile 1 and filter). Was charged full price for synthetic oil change and for filter! Quote for brakes included rotors and was astronomical ($500-600)! Shop closest to me did just the pads as was recommended for around $100. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Went there to try to see if they could help me out with my AC. Got signed in and shown the waiting area. Was quoted 450 to try to find the leak and labor costs I guess. I decline as I dont have that kind of money laying around. The person said ok I'll tell them to unhook everything and you can be on your way. Not once was I told that the inspection was going to cost anything. Waited another half an hour with no communication. Came out of the waiting room and went to the desk to find out I had to pay 50 dollars for a service that I did not authorize. While they were friendly somewhat there was one phrase that kind of upset me. Whenever I was trying to come up with the money the one girl sitting behind her computer said well we don't do anything for free. I get that but no need to be rude or condescending. Next time I know to just take it to a dealership where the inspection is actually free. read more

Not the same owner's and work quality not good. I had great luck with ABC Auto previously and didn't realize it changed hands. Took my Mercedes there because a brake line had rusted through in the rear of the vehicle. The young guy working as a tech sounded like he had done this type of job before and said no problem. Once I dropped it off, he called and said he couldn't quite match the original lines due to so many complex bends but could make it close. No problem here so, I said go ahead. After $1000, I found out later, he had run the two rear brake lines without securing the lines in any of the original ten or so clamps along their entire routes!! The new lines were stretched tight along the fuel tank, across each other and over parts of the frame that move!! Ten days later, my brakes went out completely. I brought it back expecting some kind of warranty. One of the rubber lines at the wheel had rubbed through on the rim!! The owner insisted that I had moved around some of the lines they had put in so, it was my fault and charged me another $240. The only thing I had done was tie-wrap the line to its factory plastic clip because the clip had been broken and left unsecured. Anyway, they seemed like nice guys but I think the young tech was probably unwilling to admit he did a half-ass job. I honestly think what they did was not a safe set up and may need to have it all replaced again:( read more

I purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper last year from a local used car dealership. The car needed some work when we bought it .... new tires and brakes to name a few. I had the tire and brake work done at a "Plus" shop where I also had a four wheel alignment done. After all of this work the car drove ok but never really seemed quite right. I could see that the camber in the rear wheels seemed excessive. After reading reviews about ABC Autotech, I decided to give them a try. Boy am I glad I did. ABC was fantastic, I had a flat tire while trying to pickup my wife from the hospital. The flat was due to a large screw or nail. I first tried Tires Plus and all they wanted to do was sell me a new $250 tire and gave me excuses why they couldn't patch or plug mine. I then called ABC and they were like, just bring it in and we'll take care of it and they did!! They did not try to sell me any extras or make excuses. Good honest people, a quick in and out.
