On 4/22 I took my car in purchased 4 new tires & paid for an alignment to be done. After picking my vehicle the tire pressure monitor light came on. I went into the settings and reset it manually on my vehicle. Usually that does the trick. After 20 resets, I took it back to the shop. Julio and Sean were at the front desk when I went in. Julio had the guys check the tire pressures and said it should be fine. I drove it 3 mins down the road and the light came back on. I drove back to the shop where Julio stated "this type of vehicle ( Honda accord 2022) does not have sensors that can be damaged while installing new tires" take it to your dealership see what they tell you. I got 4 new tires mounted and balanced here. They tightened my lugs so tight it ruined the key for my wheel locks and I have been unable to break the majority of the regular lugs loose. 1/2" impact gun broke the impact socket I was using. I got a flat and am unable to change the tire myself. Now I have to have the vehicle towed to a tire shop. Be careful taking your vehicle here. read more

I'd recommend this location to anyone! I called in about 2 pm and asked for an appointment today for an alignment. They set it at 4 p.m. I arrived at 3:40 and was back out the door with a lifetime alignment just 40 minutes later. Used the WiFi to work in the waiting area for that short time and was comfortable. Dropped my truck off at 8:30 AM to replace brake pads thinking it'll be done later for pickup. Oh yeah!! Done after they were closed after 7 P.M. They definitely did a good job, but having to wait that long? Holy Cow! At least offer some compensation or discount. read more

Ugh, where to start. I went in for an oil change, tire balance/rotation and alignment. I told the writer my tire pressure sensor was broken and to have them find out which one it was to replace it. He proceeded to ask me multiple times if I was sure the light was for the sensor and not just low tire pressure, he spoke to me as if I was a 4 year old. Once I convinced him I was right I watched him write it down and highlight it. I go to pick up my car my with boss and my light was still on, I asked him what happened and he grabbed the tech (who clearly didn't want to be bothered with work) and the tech said, and I quote, "Oh. I didn't see that note". So, they don't read ANY notes. I'm surprised I actually got a decent oil change. So, they missed out on the $100 I would've spent on a new sensor. Once that part was over he proceeded to tell me my light was out. I asked which one and he looks over to my manager (who dropped me off to pick up my car) and stares him dead in the face and explains which light I need. (sexist). After all this the tech came back in and said "there are no lights on her dash", well it only turns on every other time and mostly goes off while I'm mid driving, which I tell the writer. He then says, "if the light comes back on drive up and we'll clear it with the reader". IM SORRY?! You refused to read the highlighted paper when the tires were already off and being balanced so now I have to waste more time to come in once it comes back on?! (which it did an hour later). I will never use Firestone again, this was my 3rd experience with sexist men working there. I am not dumb, I'm a car owner who happens to be a woman. I kept trying to give them a chance. They never wanted to be useful, respectful, or polite. Please go to Tire Engineers off of 70. In my 15 years of having to get oil changes, new tires, etc this is the best place I've found! I am bothered that I called and set up an appointment for 13:30 and it is now 14:07 and my vehicle is still parked waiting to be serviced. It is now 14:44 and my vehicle was just finished being serviced for a simple oil change. I'm military and had my vehicle serviced regularly at the Firestone in Fort Riley, KS and it never took longer than a half hour. I don't know about you but this is just too long and slow. read more

Took the car in for over heating issue. They did a test on the car that cost one hundred dollars ,They said the car was fine they called back one hour later and said the radiator had a little hole in it.So they said it needed to be replaced it and charged $313.00 dollars for a new radiator and $378.00 to put it in by the time they were done the total cost was$1080,65 .That is ridiculous they are crooks that take advantage women and seniors .Going to make a few phone calls to see if there's anything we can do about it. read more

What a great bunch of people from the mechanic who took time to explain everything & even brought out a part to demonstrate what was going on, to the Manager who came & explained the cost & time involved. So I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 11 am just to come back at 12:30 to see that they hadn't started the job on my car, rather they started a tire change on a Jeep that was a walk in as they walked in just prior to me. This is obnoxious and defeats the point of making an appointment if they're going to put a walk in before you and make you wait two hours just for an oil change. read more

This is one of the places that you go to get one thing fixed and other problems arise. I got tires from here and they have leaked since the day I got them installed. I tried to have them fixed multiple times and was told they would prorate a new set...so I scheduled an appointment and BOOM. I can honestly say they are worse than car salesmen read more

Went in for breaks, I didn't do any comparison shopping but the sales price did seem fair. After I paid the bill and started the car, the brake pedal went all the way to the floor. I asked if they bled the brakes and they assured me they did. The manager tested it and said they would fix it. After another hour they told me it was ready. I noticed the car mostly sat in their back parking area most of that time. I pulled out after I received the keys and started toward a more secluded road to test the brakes. Luckily I went slow but the pedal had to pushed completely to the floor in order to stop. I took it back again, another hour and it was fine. They claimed it was an adjustment and not the lines with air in them. So, I guess they weren't lying the first two times. Maybe a quick check or test ride would have been helpful before they gave me the keys...two times. I really only did business with them for the rewards points I received through a partnership with another tire company I had been dealing with. Firestone offers other services but I am giving this an Eek! Methinks Not rating. read more

I have been a customer at this location for at least 10 years. Recently had service done on my vehicle the service was top notch! Noticed I had an oil leak so I brought the vehicle back. Store manager explained I had a leak somewhere and needed a degrease and dye job. I scheduled it the next day and the store manager on my return to have the service done explains that this service center could not fix any repairs on this vehicle. This was never explained to me the day before. Except, the manger of this store did not communicate effectively with me regarding which services could be done at this location. I attempted to speak with manager and explained my frustration of poor communication and explained I would be calling the Firestone Corp. Once I stated that, the manager would not even look at my vehicle any longer, trying to send me to another location. I filled a report with Firestone only to find out the case was closed without any communication with anyone from Firestone. I've been a customer for years as stated above and have never been treated like this! read more
