    The Front skid plate not attached with the 2 10 mm bolts that should've been attached, That were attached when it came in for service.

    I had my 2023 Honda serviced on 11/2 in the afternoon. On 11/3 the skid plate fell off and was dragging the ground. I called the store to talk with the manager on 11/4, at 8 AM Monday morning to let him know what had happened. The manager stated I remember that car it came in with a skid plate damaged. If that was the case, why wouldn't he have brought it to my attention and told me it was damage and couldn't be reattached correctly. Because for the last four months, the cars been driving around with no issue at all. I've also had the car serviced at Honda three different times with no issue ever. I took the vehicle back to Honda where they stated the skid plate was not correctly reinstalled after the oil change. They never installed the 2- 10 mm screws in the front as well as several of the push pin 1/4 turn connectors. Meanwhile, the manager at Take Five accused me of hitting a curb or hitting a pothole or hitting anything that would've caused this issue , which was not the case. The only issue is the guy who worked on my vehicle Must've been working at footlocker last week because he sure doesn't know how to Take the skid plate off and reconnect after the oil change. The Honda dealer told me this was just bad workmanship bottom line not once did the manager say I'm sorry you're having an issue. I'm not sure what happened, but please bring the car back in. None of that came out of his mouth. The only thing he did was accuse me of damaging the vehicle, I will never use Take5 again and never recommend them to anyone. What are total disappointment. That ended up costing me $350 to replace.

    Really good and friendly service for an oil change for my son's car. The minute we pulled in a nice gentleman gave us cold water bottles, we had our dog with us and even provided treats for him as well. They checked the tire pressure, cleaned the windshield, we got the advanced full synthetic high mileage service since his car has a lot of miles on it. It probably took about 20 minutes or less, very happy with the service.

    I love the convenience . You just sit in your can and during the duration of the oil change you can get fluids and oil topped if needed. The price you pay for the service rendered is a value.

    Oil filter

    I have been using this location for years and have had good service. On 7/9 I got my oil change. On 7/11 my car warns me of low oil. I check under my car and there was oil all over the bottom of my car. I call the shop and let them know what was happening. The manager "G", who refused to identify any further. Called another branch manager to assist me. He was able to get my oil filter off, put on a new one and refill with oil. He told me there was a pinhole in the oil filter which caused the leak. Well upon inspecting the filter and reviewing with other seasoned mechanics, it appears they were unable to remove my oil filter on 7/9 and in the process damaged it. Decided not to change it and sent me on my way. It made me wonder how many times they have not replaced my filter in the past. I will attach pictures of the oil filter, you be the judge. When I went back to Take 5 on SR64, "G" the manager told me it was possible that I could have caused this. Due to that I was unable to accept the refund I was offered. I personally will not be using this location or company ever again.

    This doesn't belong on a 2020 Silverado with a 5.3.

Then we referred my mom, she had the same problem. They fixed something but she still had the same problem. So she had to bring it back twice. Most recently we took our car in to have the tie rod ends fixed. We got he car back with a very very VERY loud noise. We took it back and they denied the issue. At this point we asked for our money back and the owner got aggressive. Additionally they screwed up our lug nuts so we can't get our tires off. So now we have to repay to do their work and fix the lug nuts/bolts they destroyed. They started out ok, but went downhill fast. A shame because at first we thought they were trustworthy. I recommend not taking your chances unless it's something you have time to do two or three times over....

He came out to replace the spark plugs on my car. To do that job, the intake manifold had to be removed. I was present during the work and asked whether a new intake manifold gasket would be installed. Based on my past experience working on cars, I believed replacing that gasket would normally be standard practice when the manifold is removed. He told me it was not necessary. The following day, my car began running poorly. It idled roughly, and a lightning bolt warning light appeared on the dashboard. The vehicle would occasionally shut off. I contacted him to report the issue. He believed the problem was the throttle body and returned to replace it. I was charged $400 for that repair. After the throttle body was replaced, the problem remained unchanged. Later, he acknowledged that the intake manifold gasket was leaking and that this appeared to be the source of the problem. At that point, I requested that he address the issue, but I was unable to reach a resolution. Since then, I have not been able to get a response or schedule additional service. Based on this experience, I chose to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere. I am sharing this so others can make their own informed decision.
