I have a 1984 Jeep CJ7 that I've been working on rebuilding for the last few years. I ran into an…read moreissue with the wiring harness, gas lines, gauges and a few other things I needed fixed/repaired. I had a suspension issue that caused issues with controlling the vehicle when it hit bumps or going over 55 mph. I had several people recommend Parrish Garage because they had a great experience. First off everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. After going over my Jeep they provided me with an estimate and got my approval before any work was started. I didn't have a timeline on getting my Jeep back so I told them work on it when they could. I'd rather have it done right. Once they started the work I added a couple of extra task - new (retro) radio and speaker installation. After a few week they called me and told me it was ready so I picked it up. Driving it off the lot I could tell that it handled really well (went over the train tracks with no issues) so I drove it down the road to the closest gas station to fill up the tank. I noticed some gas was leaking out around what I thought was the seal on the gas tank so I drove it back to the garage. The mechanic put it back on the lift and found the hose between the gas cap and tank had a small hole in it so they replaced it on the spot. This was a huge relief to me because I thought there was an issue with the tank and would need to replace it. They fixed this issue without any additional charges! The level of customer service is exceptional! All of the mechanics loved my Jeep and I think they enjoyed working on it. I have a few additional thing I'd like to get done at some point and I'll go to Parrish Garage to have it done. They performed all of the repairs within my budget and did an outstanding job! Thanks for everything!

My 2007 FJ was ready for a serious refresh after nearly two decades. I spent over a year talking…read morewith and researching multiple shops trying to find the right team--someone who could handle the scope of the project with the right balance of quality, service, and price. (I had ideas but no clue what actually worked!) Then I finally found **Frost Auto** -- and they absolutely delivered. They handled everything: fresh paint, engine, tune-up, and brake maintenance, upgraded exhaust, new lighting, new moldings--a full overhaul at a fair price AND guarantee all of their work. (Classic, collector paint job started @ $25k) Admittedly, I was nervous about this investment, but after meeting the team for an estimate, a couple of follow up chats, that concern quickly turned into trust and enthusiasm. I shipped parts and mods straight to them, asked plenty of questions along the way, and Kim/Pete were patient and helpful EVERY time. Pete's recommendations actually improved my original plan, and their honesty about what they could and couldn't do made all the difference. The results? Beyond expectations. My FJ feels brand new--and honestly looks better than it did when it rolled off the lot. It's ready to run another 20 years. (Still a few small upgrades/color pops to come, but I couldn't wait any longer to share my experience.) If you're looking for ANY type of automotive care, don't think twice: Frost Auto Care is the place. Pete, Kim, and the entire Frost team deliver top-tier skill, reliable timelines, and genuine customer service--all with a smile and integrity. I live in Pinellas, it's worth the drive. *Rims and skid plate: C2 Powder Coating (recommend!!)- www.powdercoatingsarasota.com **Custom leather seat covers: Katzkin

From the initial quote to dropping it off and picking it up, the team was consistently friendly and welcoming. Their prices were not only fair but also competitive, making it an excellent value overall. I would definitely return for any future needs.

Got estimates and ride home from them then picked me up when it was done only bit over an hour later. That in itself is a major find add the very clean shop, reception area , the all around pleasant attitude, knowledge, price this is the first shop since I moved here 3 yrs ago that actually has it all‼ I will be bringing my car here from now on. They also did not leave greasy hand/ foot prints all over my car. A first since I moved here. I highly recommend this business.

Then we referred my mom, she had the same problem. They fixed something but she still had the same problem. So she had to bring it back twice. Most recently we took our car in to have the tie rod ends fixed. We got he car back with a very very VERY loud noise. We took it back and they denied the issue. At this point we asked for our money back and the owner got aggressive. Additionally they screwed up our lug nuts so we can't get our tires off. So now we have to repay to do their work and fix the lug nuts/bolts they destroyed. They started out ok, but went downhill fast. A shame because at first we thought they were trustworthy. I recommend not taking your chances unless it's something you have time to do two or three times over....

I used my diagnostic tester to try to determine what the problem was. The tester indicated that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. I finally reached Cruz Auto Repair in the late afternoon. Corey replied back that he could come to the house between 6 & 8 that evening (Sunday). Corey came at about 6:45 and immediately began to diagnose the issue and found that the cylinder had a bad spark plug. We talked about a price and I decided to have Corey change all the plugs. which he did. running a test again, he found that one of the coils was also bad. Since it was late at night, after 8 PM and the auto parts store was closed, we discussed a price and agreed that Corey would come back the next morning with a new replacement coil. Corey came back the next morning and replaced the coil and now the car is working just fine. From the start, Corey showed knowledge of auto repairs, did exactly what he said he would do for the price that he quoted each time. I would highly recommend Cruz Auto Repair for all repairs. Thank you Corey.

The vehicle was in their possession for over three weeks, and when it was returned, several of the same issues remained unresolved. I even brought it back the following day for an oil leak that was still not corrected. I have since obtained an independent inspection indicating that some of the services I was charged for were not performed or could not be verified, along with additional concerns identified after their repair. At this point, I am no longer comfortable returning the vehicle to the same shop and am pursuing formal complaints and small claims. Update: The business responded publicly asking me to reach out, however I have already contacted them multiple times (including emails sent on April 7 and April 10) and received no response. I am still waiting for a resolution. paid $3,087.65 for repairs that, according to a licensed mechanic's written inspection, were not completed. My vehicle was in the shop for over three weeks, and I was charged for a CV axle replacement, tire replacement, and tire services that were not actually performed. The vehicle is still leaking oil. They also missed repairs like the serpentine belt and wheel bearings. If said work was actually done they wouldn't have missed the wheel bearings, and serpentine belt while they had the engine apart and while apparently replacing the left front CV/axel. Which I would have happily paid for. I have reached out to the business to resolve this and have received no response. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I would not trust this shop without verifying all work independently.
