Yep we brought the engine, you reviewed; and said was good. So ok. I asked the mechanic if he would compression test, he said after it was in the car. Ok. Before that, you said you guys would be fine putting it in.
And that's great. But then the turbo blew, after your install, even that's ok. But the clutch, you said was shot, ok. So we went w you on all your stuff. After everything the car leaked oil in 8 places, and the shifter was off. So we took it back. You said
It's cool!
It wasn't.
The clutch you installed wasn't correctly installed. And when I called, without even looking at it, you told me you needed parts. So you gave me back the car, hoping I would be fine, and go away. You knew I needed parts!
I am not sure if you just didn't care or knew how to install one correctly.
And instead of attacking customers here, I suggest next time you contact them personally. Make it right with them when you have a problem with how they feel about your business. The first thing a guilty party does to make them selves look better, is to try and discredit the one making the claim against them. If you made it right with me, I could be inclined to change my tune a little.
