Was in the throes of a chaotic, stressful move when someone smashed my right rearview mirror and there was a horrible grinding noise coming from the front end of my car. It felt very unsafe to drive with the smashed mirror and sounded like the engine was going to fall out on the roadway! I was distraught already and that sent me over the top! I found Frost Auto Care, walked into the office near tears and this beautiful red haired angel named Kim, the owners wife, took me under her wing. She had a tech quickly verify that the plastic undercarriage mud cover had come loose and while William was refastening it, Kimmie went over the options for replacing the mirror for my Lexus. SHE WAS AWESOME! Didn't even charge me for the quick repair, and I just started to cry at her kindness. She sent me a quote for the mirror repair and I will schedule it as soon as the part is available. The entire experience was incredible.
