I went in to get an estimate yesterday and there was no one in the filthy, cluttered front office. I called out "HELLO" - no reply. I could hear voices in the back, behind a greasy door marked "employees only". I didn't feel that I should breach the door so I knocked on it - nothing! After wasting a little over 3 minutes of my time, I decided to leave. I went to Ponto's and was treated professionally and respectfully by their excellent staff. I set up a repair appointment with them and bound it with a deposit. I recommend that you not waste your time with this place - I certainly won't, ever again! read more

We took our car up to have the front bumper put back on and when he noticed that we had a newborn baby he quoted me a unbelievable price of $50.00... 2 hours after dropping it off he called me to come over to pick up the car and I tried to give him a $100.00 and he fought me and would not accept it and said spend it on the baby please!!!! We were traveling here from out of state and ran over a huge rock (that we couldn't see) during a rainstorm. It left our front bumper hanging off and barely holding on.
