I am so grateful to have found this company. I was referred to them by a neighbor who has been in the car business for his entire career. My car, while parked, had been rammed by a hit and run driver, hard enough to move it 2'. My insurance co. wanted to do a virtual adjustment, which is just a handful of photos, highly inadequate, and ultimately not enough to show any but surface damage. The money they offered reflected that. Very disappointing. So, based in my neighbors recommendation, I had the car towed to A & M, met Dominic and felt immediately relieved. He's so clearly very competent and trustworthy. I knew that I could put this in his hands and be fully confident that it would be handled perfectly. It was. The car was found to be totaled and the next offer from the insurance company was a world apart from the original. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. We took our car up to have the front bumper put back on and when he noticed that we had a newborn baby he quoted me a unbelievable price of $50.00... 2 hours after dropping it off he called me to come over to pick up the car and I tried to give him a $100.00 and he fought me and would not accept it and said spend it on the baby please!!!! I went in to get an estimate yesterday and there was no one in the filthy, cluttered front office. I called out "HELLO" - no reply. I could hear voices in the back, behind a greasy door marked "employees only". I didn't feel that I should breach the door so I knocked on it - nothing! After wasting a little over 3 minutes of my time, I decided to leave. I went to Ponto's and was treated professionally and respectfully by their excellent staff. I set up a repair appointment with them and bound it with a deposit. I recommend that you not waste your time with this place - I certainly won't, ever again! read more

My truck was in serious need of TLC. The clear coat was peeling and the third brake light rusted out. It was sad. I took my truck to A & M Auto Body and Kelly saw great possibilities. He said that I wouldn't recognize my truck when he and his crew were done. WOW! He was right! It looks better than it did when I bought it. We were traveling here from out of state and ran over a huge rock (that we couldn't see) during a rainstorm. It left our front bumper hanging off and barely holding on.
