I remember dropping a coworker there about a year ago at this shop to pick up her truck and that she was happy with the experience and pricing. Even though they were just closing the shop for the day, they took the time to listen to my vehicle's issues and schedule an appt. for the next day. The next morning they called to discus the issues, repairs needed, and pricing. They had already ordered the parts the night before and promised my car before the end of the day. The car was completed as promised and they also looked at my rear brakes and parking brake per request. So impressed, I decided to leave my secondary vehicle for an inspection of the shocks/suspension. I drove the aforementioned car home with no issues today. I will repost Part 2 when the second service is complete. They appear to be an accomodating, knowledgable, and honest shop. Part 2: my jeep.was completed as promised - the next day. The mechanic was able to reproduce the issue I described of my suspension and fully corrected the problem. Again, price seemed fair for the work performed and the associate on the phone was able to clearly communicate the word required both before and after the work was comoleted. BUYER BEWARE! DISHONEST AND INCOMPETENT!!! I live a couple…read morehours from my family members but will still have them come up to do more involved services and save them some money. A family member went here and was told their brakes were needing to be done urgently. The LOWEST pad was at 5.5mm. Replacement is recommended at 3mm and very urgent at 2mm. This was still another 20,000 miles off of needing a brake job. Also, I went to go take the wheels off and noticed my Milwaukee 1/2 High Torque Impact was struggling so I checked the torque on the wheel nuts; I picked two random ones and they both came out to 210 FT-LBS. The factory says 85 ft.-lbs and a lot of tire shops just do a standard 100 ft-lbs. THESE PEOPLE TORQUED THESE WHEELS TO 2.5X THE SPECIFICATIONS! I wouldn't be surprised if they had an actual silverback gorilla controlling the impact. DISHONEST, SCAM ARTISTS, DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY PUT A WHEEL ON A CAR!!!

The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. Went there for an oil change and to check out if I have any issues with my car, since I have an engine check light. The professionalism wasn't there, wanted to give me some average oil even though my car requires best oil, which I personally had to tell them. Then told me nothing about the engine. Speed: Took 1.5/2 hours to get the oil that I wanted and change it. Value: Terrible, paid $220 for an oil change, where I can go and spend $250 at the professional shop, with all the original parts.
