For a professional garage with the most up-to-date skills and old school work ethic, you don't have to look anymore. Some coworkers of mine put us on to Frank and the guys at Automotive Service Garage and we are so thankful! They are the kind of shop that goes above and beyond to make sure that when your car leaves their garage, it is fixed correctly and is safe for you and your family. we just had our 2012 Buick Enclave in to them and I'm telling you, the difference is night and day on how it runs and how it rides! These guys have given us a whole new vehicle and we could not be happier. I give them my highest rating and encourage you to check them out. They are trustworthy, professional, fast, and knowledgeable.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience felt misleading and unprofessional from a…read morepricing standpoint. I was originally quoted one price for the repair, but later I was told the cost went up because I "needed hoses added," with no clear explanation or proof provided for why those parts were necessary. There was no documentation, no visual inspection shown, and no real breakdown to justify the added work--just a verbal claim that it was required. On top of that, the final charge ended up being more than 3x what the same OEM part is listed for at Ford, which raises serious concerns about how the pricing was marked up and presented. The issues didn't stop there. This happened on a Friday. I was told my car would be ready before 4:00 PM, but around 4:30 PM I only received a last-minute text update. I arrived at approximately 5:09 PM, and the shop was already closed. There was no one available, no way to speak to anyone, and no reliable way to get updates or access my vehicle. Because of the timing and the fact that it was already Friday evening, my car would have been stuck there all weekend until Monday, which directly affected my work schedule. I had to go out of my way to find and contact the owner myself just to avoid being left without my vehicle for multiple days. While I did get my car back, the overall experience felt inconsistent, poorly communicated, and not handled in a transparent or professional way

Once ownership changed hands, we quickly knew the shop was in good hands. I have trusted them with every car we owned, old and new, Honda, Dodge, Chrysler and more. Bill will make sure you get a thorough inspection. He will listen carefully and ask good questions and will only suggest repairs that he knows are needed. Sherry is great on the phone and remembers who you are with personal customer service that's nearly impossible to find these days. Our Honda Odyssey van went through a period of 7 tires in 11 months thanks to road construction and dumb bad luck. They were great to get me in and out, to be honest about whether a tire could be patched or needed to be replaced. The van now has 292,000 miles and is going strong! Bill and his crew have repaired vacuum systems, broken hoses and belts, AC work, and even a TPM on a stubborn old Dodge Nitro. He says what he means and means what he says. Trust them for quality car care and honest prices.

They try and upsell you on many add ons that you don't need for your car (fuel injections, tires that have just been replaced, etc) regardless of the car's age/value, and they frequently do an upsell of about 180 dollars to go deeper than the "free inspection". This add on inspection is very thorough though, and they take videos of different parts of your car, with detailed descriptions of each that you can access for 30 days. Just for full transparency on my car's problem, I had a check engine light go on after a 15 hour drive, and after 1,200 dollars of work, the issue still persisted. They ended up giving me back my car, and quoted me another 5 grand for a very labor intensive part (head gasket), and were very pushy both times with getting me to sign and order the parts right away. I ended up getting a new car since the repairs were worth more than the vehicle, and they didn't offer towing services to the new location. They also took the windshield wipers off of my car before I picked it up to trade in, so I had no wipers?? Overall I think the car was more the issue than Jim Taylor, but I wish I knew all of this info before I came here!
