When I towed my car over to Issac's because my alternator gave out there was a 10 day wait for major repairs. I left the car and a couple of hours later Alex called me with a diagnosis, repair options, and cost for each. He manag e d to carve out some time and got my car up and back to me the next day. I don't expect that this happens all the time. I got lucky. But I do think that Alex does everything he can to get you back on the road as soon as possible. Shop around! Brought my car there and to several other places, to be looked at for an estimate. This was the only place that charged me to do that, $63.75. Quote was for over $1,100. I got the job done elsewhere for less that $700. read more

I took my 2003 Grand Prix in for some taillight work that had me baffled. I tried new bulbs and when that didn't work I tried a new socket and that didn't help either so I took it into Isaac's they checked it out and finally found the problem in the wiring. This shop helped me fix my brakes and get back to work for a price that wasn't insane. Even better they treated us like family. A couple days after they fixed the brakes a car hit me from behind pushing me into an intersection. The driver said he was confused and was accelerating into me not braking. If I hadn't been able to push on the brand new brakes I would have been pushed into heavy traffic from both directions. This shop probably saved my life. They are busy for a reason - they do good service quickly and they aren't overcharging you for pretend repairs. Would recommend everyone try them. read more

These guys are great! I had to replace my AC compressor in my Lincoln LS and was quoted $1200-1400 everywhere else. They did it, a year ago for $750!! Still blowing cold! I have also used them for brakes jobs and they did a great job on both cars. read more

We were referred there by Auto Zone across the street from them. They were VERY rude and way overpriced. They misdiagnosed our broken alternator pulley as simply a dead battery! After they tried to bully us into an overpriced repair, we had our car towed to another mechanic I had used before. The tow truck driver noticed the missing alternator belt. We took our business to another mechanic. The repair for the pulley replacement, two belts and a new battery was only $100 over what Isaac's wanted to charge us for the battery replacement alone. At 2pm in the afternoon.. no one even looked at it by 3:30. Iwas told we would get a call by the end of the day. We live in Cape Coral. On MONDAY.. I get a call it's the alternator and they wanted to fix it for $309.00. I'm like are you out of your mind. They said they could do it for OVER a hundred dollars Less with a used part. I agreed. My son picks up the car... They charged me $238.00. and told my son they gave me a deal. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FIXED THERE... USE AUTO ZONE ACROSS THE STREET... MUCH CHEAPER!!!!!!!!!! Wish they would have bought me a drink, before they screwed me... feel used and abused... never never again! My folks are snow birds and so are their friends, they live in Bradenton!... I will be telling everyone I know ... not to do business with them... Not worth it. I would hate to see what they would have charged me for a 16.00 computer chip. Being that they would claim it electrical. People should really consider that there is a lot of competition out there and that customers do have choices. Please make your decision wisely. A $30.00 part cost me $200 dollars in labor! I got raked! read more
