Totally disappointed! We took our son's truck in to have it prepared for him as a new driver. The drive shaft, brakes, and rotators. He just started driving....goes to pull out of the driveway a few weeks after and the front tire completely falls off!! There is no way possible that could happen unless you took the gun and just jammed the bolts back on!! Carl came over and saw it and said they couldn't accept responsibility because we have aftermarket tires. That's bull!!! My finances being in the industry for years and others saw it. Ive spent $464 dollars to have my AC fixed and it still doesn't work. I brought my truck in because the AC wasn't always blowing cold. It would cycle on and off often instead of a constant cold flow. I was quoted $199 to get it working right. I soon received a phone call stating it needed a new high pressure switch and the new cost would be more as they needed to order and install the part. They quoted an additional $321. Upon completion the total was less at $464. A few miles after i left the same original problem persisted. I called them to state the issue and they told me to drop it off for a day. I brought the truck in on my next day off and left it. They called me later to tell me they didnt experience any issues and to come pick it up. After picking it up the problem continued so i called them and was told it needs to happen for them so they can diagnose the problem. As the problem continued I went to the shop and a mechanic rode with me to experience the problem first hand. In approximately 2 miles the AC went to warm 4 times and the mechanic stated it's likely withi n tolerance. He used his hands to determine "tolerance" of temperature. He didn't bring or use a temperature gun. He told me I need to schedule an appointment to leave the truck, for ANOTHER day. The final time I brought the truck back for ANOTHER day they told me it needs a new AC compressor and it would cost and additional $855. Within this new quote is a charge for new service ports, which were already replaced in the first service. In the approximate 3 months/1600 miles from the initial diagnosis until now the AC never worked properly. So, I was charged $464 and told it would take an additional $855. They had my vehicle multiple days and never fixed it. Total scam. Graybeals has a sign out front advertising "AC Specialists" hahhaha, what a false advertisement. read more

I have a 1975 Triumph Spitfire ( yea 48 yrs old ) . For YEARS I've been trying to find a place that could PROPERLY fix it.. It had many issues.. I spent 3,000 at a place 3 yrs ago and this 'expert' just made things worse. Then, I went to a friend who tried to make it better and sadly, another 2,500 out the window. Back in June Bob Harrigan recommended Carl Zeigler at Graybeal Automotive. . At this point, I was like, WTH, ok, ehh, sure, may as well .. Excellent service and help from Carl. Diagnosed the problem quickly and got the problem fixed. Provided a free ride to and from our place so we didn't have to wait during the repairs. He even went the extra mile and called the Volvo dealership to see if there were any recalls that would allow our C30 to be repaired at no/low cost by Volvo. Although there weren't, the effort was much appreciated. If we need service again, we will be back. Highest recommendation! read more
