Went there for an oil change and to check out if I have any issues with my car, since I have an engine check light. The professionalism wasn't there, wanted to give me some average oil even though my car requires best oil, which I personally had to tell them. Then told me nothing about the engine. Speed: Took 1.5/2 hours to get the oil that I wanted and change it. Value: Terrible, paid $220 for an oil change, where I can go and spend $250 at the professional shop, with all the original parts. Overall: Very disappointing, do not recommend.

I provided my email address as requested. Now I find myself questioning whether I even needed a new battery in the first place. If the technician was not truthful about a $7.50 fee, is raises concern that he may have also have been dishonest about the necessity of replacing the battery.
