Unless you want someone to take your money without doing the proper work, do not come here. We brought our truck in for an alignment. Ask 3 times if they were sure they can do the alignment. We have a dually and places say they can until the see the truck then realize its too big or heavy for their equipment. Spoke with Tyler at this location who said they have new equipment and it wouldn't be an issue. Dropped the truck off at 10:30, received a call at 3:15 (al.ost 4 hours later) saying the truck was done. We go pick it up, drive 2 blocks and came right back. The steering wheel was not centered (it was centered when it was brought in) and the truck pulled hard. Went back in to let Tyler know. He seems to know exactly what was wrong, he goes straight out to the tech and then comes back to tell us "we'll we can't really do a proper alignment, we just did the best we could" then proceeds to have a complete attitude with us. We tell him he should have said they can't do the alignment and not touch the truck, instead of messing up the truck. He said he'll have the tech try again, but probably won't get any better. We leave and come back as the tech was driving back in (at 4:47, 12 mins before they close) We go inside and Tyler had already left for the day. Had we not been there we would have not received a call. The other adviser let's us know the tech tried the alignment again, but its still not right. I won't send anyone here and will let people know Tyler is your typical salesman that doesn't not care about customers, only cares about what he can take from people. read more

I only went to fix my car, but they hit the back of my car without even a single apology and kept avoiding responsibility. When returning the car, they tried to cover it up, but when I came to pick it up, I immediately noticed and confronted them. Still, they didn't admit their fault. Now my car is badly damaged at the rear. This is unacceptable. Give this place 1 star and don't ever come here because they do business dishonestly. read more

I've been to Tires Plus 3 times. 2 of the times they said one price and then when bill comes it is a lot higher. They quote me for oil change. Easy quote, fixed figure . Then bill comes $25 more ? This is the 2nd time they did this to me. I had to argue to get them to honor what they said. The first time they did it, they finally made it right. This time they still made it $12 more than quoted. I am done with Tires Plus. Tired of being lied too and having to argue to get the price they quoted. read more

I'll start by the way I have made three appointments and it took at least a half an hour of my car sitting in the parking lot before it got brought into the garage. I took a picture with the time each time they brought it back. Why bother making an appointment two of the services they did were good but the third they said they couldn't fix it after me waiting for them to take my car back and then waiting for them to tell me, they can't fix the problem that I have to go to a specialist. When I pointed it out, the staff denied responsibility instead of owning up to their mistake. I even involved the police, but since there was no camera footage, all I got was a case number. Such an amazing experience. Travis is an amazing manager & definitely takes pride in his job. I'm a 19 year old girl & i called once asking about my battery & how much it would be to replace it. He gave me a great price. Well sadly i called back not to long later very frantic & He could hear it in my voice. It ended up being a serious issue with my car so I had to tow it to Tires Plus. He calmed me down and told me that all that matters is my safety & that it's just car. Well we found out that it was engine. Instead of trying to take our money and fixing the engine for thousands of dollars. He made us aware of a recall on my engine type and said i should qualify. Amazingly I got the call back today saying It looks like my engine qualifies and that they have to do one more test tomorrow to be sure. Travis saved me and my family so much money. I had an appointment for 11:00pm for a battery install unfortunately the system had me down for 2:00pm. Luckily they were able to accommodate me and fit me in,but didn't have the battery in stock which required a short wait. The service was excellent and Mike at the desk kept me informed of why was going on. I was in and out by 12 which was good because I had to get on the road. I would give them five stars, but the reservation system needs some work due to the timing mix up and it won't allow you to just put in battery purchase and install you have to select electrical system check. Zero stars. We were traveling with our boat trailer and needed a tire replaced, called and they said they had the tire and could get it right in. We arrived within five minutes and the manager told us it was going to be two hours. After waiting two hours, he said it was going to be at least another hour as they were trying to "work us in" to change this one tire. There was one customer on-site, and a few various cars on the lot or in the bays. So they easily could've worked us in during the 3 hours but for some reason chose not to and referenced that they had appointments, which is understandable, but then don't tell someone to come in so that they can waste time. If you are in a similar situation, I highly recommend you go half a mile to Tire Kingdom, where they had fantastic customer service, and helped us immediately, and we were on our way in 15 minutes. read more

Brought my Truck in to get a tire looked at that had a screw in the tire, with no loss of air yet. Was told it would be an hour of I waited, which I agreed to, 1.5 hours later asked how much time until they took my Truck back. He said let me check, 30 minutes later came back with 2-3 more hours to get it back. We discussed the original hour timeline which was now already 2 hours and he said let me fill it this paperwork and I'll take it back. 45 minutes later I asked for my keys back! Horrible Service! No follow up or follow through with their timelines, no updates if you did not go up and ask and no reasons for the delay other than guys are taking longer to finish alignments, which is ridiculous, an alignment does not take 3-4 hours to do on a regular truck or car with no damage to be repaired. I worked for a firestone location for about a year and learned a lot about their business model. Yes, Tires Plus is a Bridgestone operation similar to Firestone. I've come to understand that the big company backing up repairs is a good thing. They stand behind their work. Maybe even more so than a small dealership. So this is a good reason alone to do business with them. Now, as far as the specific Land O Lakes location, my experience was excellent. They squeezed me in immediately for a set of tires, however I knew it was going to need some front end work because it was way too loose in the steering. They brought me back into the shop to show me the issues and gave me a fair price for front left and right inner and outer tie rods. They even caught the fact that one of my reverse lights was out, and replaced it. My car glides down the road on my new Firestone tires effortlessly staying in the lane. I have used this location for over 20 years and today was the absolute worst experience of anywhere. My appointment was for noon, I arrived at 11:30 and am still here at 4:30. I came in for a leak check on both from tires, one was found easily and was to be replaced under warranty with prorated cost. The was also an alignment request and a recheck of the other front tire since it lost pressure 2 days in a row being parked all day in the exact same spot. No updates or anything since trying to upsell me for work I didn't request. The vehicle has been sitting just outside the work bay for over an hour now. I bring it in for one flat tire, they tell me they had to replace it with a new tire. I pick it up and it's a different tire they replaced then. The original I brought it in for. They assured me the original tire was good. Within a week that same tire is now flat. I have to bring it back in. The "fix it" and decided to charger me $15+ to replace a fuse. They are definitely trying to find ways to charge people and don't care about their quality of work. Never received an apology for my time and their mistakes. Never going back. read more

If I could give them less than one stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer here with my boyfriend for quite some time now. We would come in for oil changes and Tim used to always help us and we would have great service and no problems. However, we recently went there and the management seems different now...? Anyways, I brought my car in for an oil change, alignment, and an engine cleaning. My total was already $350. They finish my car and call me to tell me that my battery is dead and that it would be $170 more for a new one. Little do they know that that is literally impossible considering Ive only had the car for 1 yr and it came with a new battery and also, I brought my car to the shop in living condition, so how is that possible???? I told mike I didn't want a new battery, and he proceeded to tell me that I would have to jump my car then to get it out of the lot. I said that's fine. I go to the shop, pay for my services, and he tells me that he'll have someone jump it for me. I looked at him and said, "No thank you, I know how to jump a car". I have jumper cables in my trunk. When I went to my car, I didn't even go to get the cables because I knew the shop was lying. And I was right. My car turned on perfectly fine. So I was like ok lemme check the battery just because. I went to advance auto parts and had them check my battery for free and they said it was IN GREAT CONDITION. so the shop lied to me to my face to get more money out of me because they think I'm stupid or think that just because I'm a girl, means that I know nothing about cars. I'm beginning to think they took $800 from my bf for CV axle joints that he probably didn't even need. Of all the auto shops I've been to in my life, this Tires Plus branch is by far the best. I've been taking my car there for years and they consistently provide excellent service. They do a great job of keeping me updated and they always have my car ready for me at the time they say they will. Because I drive a '98 Cadillac which is still puffing along (God bless it), I find myself visiting this store more often than most. The Store Manager is great and consistently does all he can to ensure excellent service. Likewise, the mechanic who usually (if not always) works on my car always makes it a point to stop in and say hello. The staff here is fantastic and they always go above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one. I've had more than a few frustrating experiences while getting a car fixed and I can honestly say I've had none since I started taking my car here. As a side note, there's a number to call at the bottom of the invoice which lets you take a survey on your experience. Take the survey! It only takes a few minutes and when you're done you'll receive a coupon for $10.00 off your next service. I don't take my car anywhere else to be serviced because I know Tires Plus will always treat me like family and they will always do a great job of keeping my boat chugging along. read more

Sorry to keep adding to my review but, I continue to get top notch service at my local Tires Plus store! I had an oil leak on my Nissan Maxima and was told by the Nissan dealership it was my oil cooler leaking that they had replaced 3 years ago. They wanted $700 to do the job. It was a very slow leak so I decided to have Brad at Tires Plus give me a second opinion. He asked me to drop it off and he would take a look which I did. He found that the gasket needed to be replaced but, the oil cooler itself was fine. He also noted my belts which were 75,000 miles old were cracking and suggested changing them which the Nissan dealership with their tunnel vision didn't even catch. The belts, if they broke, would be more serious than a slow oil leak in my book. Brad had both jobs completed along with an oil change and a stem to stern safety check for $400 and it only took a couple hours {battery check, wipers, fluid levels, brakes, etc.} Great job to Brad and crew. read more

They tested my vehicle, found the brakes were fine, and informed me of possible normal reasons for the sound. The word appointment has a meaning, but this place doesn't seem to know the meaning of the word. Had an appointment at 9am to get 4 new tires and an oil change. Got to this place about 8:45am. They took the keys at about 9am. I left the store, went and walked around Walmart for an hour. I came back, car still sitting in the same spot. It wasn't busy at all. Maybe 1 or 2 cars were there before mine. It wasn't until I ask for my keys that they decided they were gonna bring my car back, no thanks. I'll take my money somewhere else. Tires and a oil change shouldn't take hours to complete especially with a name like Tires Plus? Made an appointment with a different store only because they carry a certain tire I want. Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen in my entire life. I walked into the lobby was greeted and said someone would be with me in a few minutes I said there for 18 minutes proceeded to the counter requested an oil change meanwhile calling ahead and saying hey I'm coming in for an oil change, then the cashier tells me "it's going to be a while there's a few people ahead of you you might just want to come back". Definitely would not recommend this place. Went there to have one of my tires looked at for a slow leak. They told me all four tires were worn so bad that they couldn't repair the slow leak in the one...that it would be "illegal for them to do it because of the excessive wear and all four had to be replaced." After much grandstanding about the unusual size of the tire, they managed to come up with their best price of $270 per tire installed and raved about how much of a discount they were giving me on the lowest priced tire in that size available. My gut told me I needed to shop around, but it was getting late, we were planning a trip to Disney the next day. I decided to get two replaced instead of all four for the sake of time (had the family with me) and to spread the expense. Would be less than an hour I was told and they would also check my alignment for free. More than two hours and $560 later I finally had two new tires on the van. Of course they forgot to check the alignment, but if I could wait another half hour they could still do it. Didn't wait. The kicker? While getting my oil changed at Sears, they noted the wear on two of the tires and said I'll need to replace them soon, but nothing about being worn past the point of repair or use. They could also replace both for $230. In end, I left Sears Auto center with two new tires, a front end alignment, and an oil change for just a little more than half the price it cost me for two tires at Tires Plus. Oh, and they did it all in just over an hour. read more

Went in for a simple oil change and was given a list of $800 worth of work that they said was needed, including a brake and transmission flush that had been done 5 months prior at my dealership where I bought my car from.
