One of the repairs didn't take as long as expected, Justin adjusted the labor cost down to my surprise, he could have charged what the estimate reflected without me knowing. Their estimate was several hundred dollars less than what the dealership quoted. They also responded quickly and were the most accessible and accommodating. Weekday-only appointments but I was welcomed to drop off over the weekend. The drive was about 35 minutes from northwest Tampa but worth it. They started and completed my repair a day early! Justin and his brother were so friendly. Next time I need a pricy repair I know who to call.

(1st time)On May 14th 2026 I went to Tuffy to have a full set of tires put on along with other work. Driving home it doesn't feel right. I drove it about 15 miles to see if it was still shakening. It was out of alignment. They let me leave without balancing the tires?? (2nd time)Took it back to them a couple of weeks later They checked it and told me a weight must have fell of the back passenger tire. Said they checked all the tires. Guess what still the same. (3rd time) Took it back again they had it for 2 hours and I watched them check the tires again. After 2 hours the manager came out and told me two back tires are "out of round". I ask what needs to be done. They told me that's on me, that I need to contact the manufacturer about the tires. He gave me NO numbers and basically said to bad so sad. Told me its Mavis's corporate policy. I called the corporate office and Tracy did a great job helping me. She was flabbergasted at what they told me. She she that is completely untrue. He should have done a warrentary claim and then we could go from there. I told her I'm not going back there. She set me up with Tire Kingdom. (4th time)Rich at Tire Kingdom was awesome. Great human skills and stayed in contact with me. The had my truck for 3 days because they found that the two tires were bad. (Tuffy)They installed bad tires. I went to pick it up on 07/03 and the manager Steve the SM said I had to pay for install of the new tires. WHAT? They had all my past problems documented and the manager wanted me to pay for something that should have been right the first time. Of course I told him I'm not paying Here's my question, if they were an honest group, not profit before quality service ,why did it take four times to find this problem. Corporate has a detail set of notes about this situation. I'm leaving out the real issue I had and that's how I was treated and talked to. I have called corporate three times and each time requested the regional manager to call me. Well he has not and that tells me everything I need to know bout MAVIS. Great corporate speak but the retail execution, communication and behavior is unacceptable. These Guys represent your brand., I will never use any Mavis tire stores again. I am posting to Facebook, BBB, Reddit and the corporate site if I can. Thanks for wasting hours of my time. BTW I kept the locations out of it. Maybe if the Regional director would have called me I could have given him more information. Terrible service

BEST QUALITY, SERVICE, & PRICES…read more Last minute right before I had to drive to a Cape Coral, FL I walk out to find myself with a flat tire. I dread going to big places on highways (like US19) because they always scam me and tell me things I don't need. A relative of mine recommended E & N Auto Services and it was the BEST advice I had ever listened to!!! Knowing I was on a time crunch. I pull up to E & N Auto and I am immediately helped! I first just ask for a patch for the flat tire. I was in desperate need to new tires, but had no time and was so hard to find them for a good price, installation, and quality! Took less then a couple minutes and Robby patched up the flat and I was ready to go! We walk to the office to pay and he says I really need new tires (safety was an issue at this point). Robby took such good care of me! I went to run a couple errands before hitting the road and in the mean time Robby said he would call the get tires at a great price and quickly! AND SO HE DID! He got me AWESOME QUALITY tires and at an UNBEATABLE price! Within a couple of hours after getting a flat Robby hooked me up! I will not trust any other auto service place like I do E & N Auto! No doubt the BEST service, quality, prices, and most trusted! Thank you guys so much for everything! I will be come back and recommending to everyone based on my experience!

Luckily they were able to accommodate me and fit me in,but didn't have the battery in stock which required a short wait. The service was excellent and Mike at the desk kept me informed of why was going on. I was in and out by 12 which was good because I had to get on the road. I would give them five stars, but the reservation system needs some work due to the timing mix up and it won't allow you to just put in battery purchase and install you have to select electrical system check. I already knew I needed a battery and didn't need the system check.

DONT COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT THEY HIT AND RUN YOUR CAR…read more They lied about what they had done. I only went to fix my car, but they hit the back of my car without even a single apology and kept avoiding responsibility. When returning the car, they tried to cover it up, but when I came to pick it up, I immediately noticed and confronted them. Still, they didn't admit their fault. Now my car is badly damaged at the rear. This is unacceptable. Give this place 1 star and don't ever come here because they do business dishonestly.

I was quoted $57.00 Upon arrival I asked the service rep please change front windshield wipers, to which he quoted me $87.00 I understood the changed amount. I waited and 1 hour later, the rep asked me about my tires, when I changed them, I never did since I purchased the car 1 year ago. Well, he said, the tires appear to have cracked rubber and should be changed, to which I replied no thanks. Then he said the battery appears to be charging low, I again replied no thank you, I came here for an oil change, just do what I asked. 15 minutes later he said to me I forgot to add the wiper blades. I said you quoted mt $87 which is $30 more than quoted over the phone. He says they are not suppose to quote over the phone. Bullshit. He said the wiper blades are very expensive and he had to order. I said forget it. You ask me all this stuff I didn't ask for. But, on my order, you failed to do your job. I got the oil change only and left. Come to find out, on the receipt, they wanted to charge me for a battery $372 and $1540 for 4 tires. Never again.
