Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. I made it from Carrollwood to Lutz (ultimately picking Tire Choice after I called and was able to secure a 6:30 appointment). The sweet lady who works the front desk called me and said that they could service the tire an hour sooner, which was perfect since I was almost there anyway. Dylan was efficient and diligent in patching the tire. What could have been hundreds of dollars only cost me $42 dollars, which is a very happy ending to an initially stressful experience. Was also charged $44 to dispose of battery no mention of this before paying invoice. BMW cost for new battery is only $270 no charge to dispose. Not at all pleased
