I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

For starters, the customer service is consistently top of the line. If for some reason they miss your call, they call you back promptly even if you didn't leave a voice message. I've found most mechanics to be terrible at answering their phone at all. The ones that do answer are very short with you and seem inconvenienced if asked more than 2-3 basic questions. In comparison, these guys are friendly, enthusiastic, and actually helpful! They work with your schedule as best as they can and even recommend the best local businesses for work they don't perform i.e. auto body shop. Don't just take my word for it; do yourself a favor and call them; even just to get info regarding your specific need. From the initial phone call, you'll see what I'm talking about. Even more importantly, Bennett's Auto Shop is honest and operates with integrity. My very first experience with them was when my car started making an alarming rattling sound while driving on the highway. I was sure it would be a minimum of several hundred dollars in repair. Bennet made a way to fit me in the schedule toward the end of the day, took the time to jack the car up, and saw that a simple loose screw was causing all the racket. He was completely transparent, and even showed my husband what he had found. How many of you know that the majority of places nowadays would have slapped you with a large bill and you wouldn't even be informed of the simplicity of the repair. With that being said, we weren't even charged for the service. If you're looking for a place that you can trust, you've found it! This place holds themselves to a higher standard and they conduct business with a spirit of excellence. Scott Bennett did…read morea thorough job going through my car and made several recommendations, including two new tires, replacing the windshield wiper device, and a couple of other things; I did NOT need a tune-up! All of the services suggested would have been over $900, which I was unable to do at the time. So Scott explained the most important things to get fixed, which he did do, and also suggested I shop around for the tires since I needed to go with the most affordable available. Aside from the fact that Scott's work is excellent, I am most impressed with his honesty and integrity! At no time did he try to sell me anything that I didn't need, or pressure me into getting work done that could wait. He could easily have told me I needed an expensive tune-up, and I would have believed him. But he did not. Auto mechanics are a dime a dozen, and we all know one or two of them. Many of them will take blatant and unscrupulous advantage of their customers' lack of knowledge. However, fair, decent and ethical mechanics are not easily found. I cannot recommend Bennett's Auto Care highly enough! Based on my experience, I can assure you that your service will be done excellently, and with integrity and honesty.

Within 2 hours, I received a full report to my phone and was able to see line by line what was erroring and the exact cost. I called the shop to ask a few questions and was able to get a discount code to save a little more money. In the report that came to my phone, I was able to pick and choose which items I wanted worked on now and which items I wanted to hold off on. I told Mike at the shop I was going to take my car to the dealership for one of the items that errored, and he didn't try to convince me otherwise or try to upsell me on anything unnecessary (and as a female dealing with an auto shop on her own, I appreciate not feeling like I'm being taken advantage of!). My car was done the same day and when I went to pick it up, I was in and out within 5 minutes. The shop was clean, Mike was very friendly and helpful, and I noticed a positive difference in my car the second I drove away.
