It wasn't open when I went the morning at 545/6. I woke up to a flat and couldn't drive that far to work on a spare. I tried to call ahead but no one answered. I thought maybe there was only one person there working and opted to trust the website. When I arrived all lights were off. I cannot say enough good about our experience at Eagle Tires. First, the employees were cordial, greeted us and explained the process. We pulled into the bay with a few cars ahead of us. The technician came right up to us to say hello (he was the only one working at the time too) and said that there are 3 cars ahead of us and that it would be a little bit until he got to us but that he was working as fast as he could. He set our expectations correctly and when it was our turn, they were able to promptly fix our flat. This place is open 24 hours and the convenience of this is FANTASTIC. EAGLE TIRES HIRES THIEVES!!! Avoid coming here especially if u are a female!!!! ***Let me just point out that I was at Eagle tires on June 28th, for 3-4 hours just for a flat tire. After I waited almost an hr, I asked what was the hold up and i was told that the man (in the photo), decided to go on lunch with a line of people waiting to be service. First, after waiting so long I finally left and automatically seen a tpms alert on my dash board. I've had tire replacements before so I figure I just need to drive a few miles to let my sensor read my air tire pressure. The next day I still had the tpms problem. Second, I went back to eagle tires the next day. To summarize this visit: They informed me that I had an after market sensor! Which should NOT BE THE CASE. ALL MY SENSORS ARE OEM! Second, I went to auto zone (Aug 1) for a diagnosis and (Aug 8) I went to get my car serviced at Acura. Both establishments gave me receipts for a tpms problem. The ACURA servicing center ran a diagnostic on my whole car and all my wheels. As the results came back, the sensor from the exact wheel that I got replaced at eagle tires, came back "faulty". (Receipt in the photo below) In other words, the tpms reader detected that this sensor is an after market sensor (also confirmed by eagle tires staff on June 29th). I can understand if all my wheels were faulty, but this specific wheel that I got serviced AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT was the only wheel with the faulty sensor. Third, Nick the manager informed me after reviewing cameras. The reason for this was because the guy who serviced my car had two sensors in front of him and "confused which sensor was mine". WHICH IS BULLS*** THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON TO TAKE MY SENSOR OFF MY CAR. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE A SENSOR TO PUT AIR OR REPLACE A TIRE AT ALL...THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ACCOUNTABILITY OR APOLOGIZED. Worst experience ever, I went in with a leak and needed a patch. The tire was patched and I was sent on my way. a couple days later I am pulling out of a parking spot (mind you I do light driving) and the entire front tire that I had changed just falls off. Upon inspection the AAA man said all of the nuts were pretty much stripped when they were attached and tightened. Now the guy had considerable trouble reattaching and also handed my a nut saying it would not go on because it was stripped and to go to autozone and get one. already pretty bad at that point. Well I call them and they send by a tech, this guy is mostly making excuses but says he can fix it and to bring it by the shop. I take it up there and it is supposedly fixed when i go pick it up. I can't turn the tire without it scraping and he says it's not a big deal, the lady in the office says I need to pay for the new nuts. It's getting insane. I didn't ruin the nuts, why am I paying for them. She calls a woman at another location, she says the deal to fix it wasn't with them. It was between me and the man THEY sent out and they have nothing to do with it. Now I am floored. They have everything to do with it, they broke the car, they sent the man, the man did the work at THEIR shop.... but somehow it's not their problem and she hangs up the phone in the middle of the call. It was on speaker in front of their other employee who didn't bat an eyelash so this seems normal. I finally got the new parts now and will be getting it fixed at a proper shop and taking them to small claims court. Thank god they would only email in the beginning. One visit I came to replace a tire for a used tire everything was fine they done it quick and it was fairly cheap ($56) the only complaint is that the man at the desk was extremely rude but he got the job done so whatever. The second time I called before making the visit around 4pm and the lady that answered was so unprofessional, I gave her all the details of my situation (I needed the tire to be removed and I didn't have the wheel lock key) she reaffirmed that they WILL be able to take it off, I stressed the importance and details and even called 2/3 more times to make sure and she asked me "am I high" she was unprofessional and continued to say bring it and they will for surely fix it. I brought it over next morning for the morning receptionist to tell me the information I was told last night is false and they cannot help. The guy still looked at the tire and said he probably has tools to drill it off, he did surprisingly and I paid $56 for another new tire then he proceeded to forcefully make us tip him. I said I didn't have cash and he pulled out his phone and made me and my partner tip him for doing his job. I didn't mind the tip I'm a tipper I'll do it voluntarily but he demanded it which I think is really unprofessional because he just did his job, I wouldn't have mind the tip if he just let me do it on my own but forcing a tip is ridiculous. 24 HOUR AFFORDABLE TIRE SHOP!!! These words usually don't got to there but they did for me! Last night around 11 pm I realized I needed a tire. I found this place on google, and I'm glad I did! I called to verify that they had my size tire and they did. They were friendly and gave me a price, so I headed over! Once I arrived to my surprise at 11:30 pm there was a line of about 5 cars!!! That line went very quick, people were out almost just as fast as they came in! People were not only getting tires changed but plugged. I saw a lady get a set of tires installed! The customer service, wait time, quality of work, & price were excellent, especially at that hour. If you are looking for a late night tire spot or even a tire spot in general I would highly recommend s stopping by here! I went here when I found out there was a 24 hour tire repair facility down the road from me. My car, A 2005 Nissan, had a nail in the sidewall of the tire. No plugs or patches :-(. Unfortunately the facility didn't have a tire. I had bought a tire on eBay and took it here. They change tires for me lickety-split. Lol. Very reasonable. It was absolutely worth it, finding this place as the atmosphere was very relaxed and I was in and out faster than it took driving there. Incredibly affordable, too! Definitely recommend! This is the only 24 hour tire shop that I've even heard of. First off, I went to multiple tire shops looking for a tire for my car and no one had the specific size. I finally found one at pep boys but when I got there they told me the price was $175 for ONE TIRE! I was baffled! But the employee actually recommended Eagle tires! And thank goodness he did! I was greeted by the sweetest women with such positive energy. Plus they were super quick, so I was out there in no time. It only took about 10 minutes. I went to get a tire patch, with a wheel rotation and needed to end up changing a tire due to low tread while I was there. I ended with more than I paid for (and not in a good way!). While the customer service was generally fine, the lack of competency was not. I drive a 2012 toyota camry with modern electronic features and such. Immediately upon leaving E.T, I noticed my car's ABS light was suddenly going off intermittently and caused me to have issues with driving. I had no such issues whatsoever pre-tire service. I went back immediately and my concerns were dismissed as an unrelated, but "coincidental" issue. As I kept driving, my car's issues significantly spiraled. I took it to Tommy's auto and they pointed that a wrong size tire was put on my car! Tommy's ended up needing to re-do the work and had to install tires of the right size, after this was done, the issues went away. But it was "coincidental" per ET's... never again. The labor was cheap but cost me more in the long run due to poor workmanship. read more

This afternoon, Sgt Danny Rhodes responded to a disabled vehicle blocking traffic at 15th St and Palifox. He found a silver Volkswagen that was out of gas, blocking 15th St, and had a flat tire. The driver, Ms. Watson, was having a difficult day. Officers from Squad 351 pushed the car off the roadway onto Palifox to get it out of traffic. Tampa Fire Rescue came to check on Ms. Watson who felt she was having an anxiety attack - her vehicle had no gas, her tire was flat, she had no money, and most importantly, she had been on her way to deliver medicine to her uncle near Sligh Avenue and Dale Mabry Highway. Sgt Rhodes drove her to her uncle's nursing home to deliver the medication as members of Squad 351 worked on changing the tire. However the lug nuts had a lock on them and needed special wrenches to take them off. Eagle Tires, LLC, located at 3816 N. Nebraska Ave, jumped in and sent a mechanic (Gerald) to assist. Squad 351 worked on a "Friday Fix" filling the gas tank and trying to buy a new tire for Ms. Watson since she was having a bad day. However, Nick, the manager of Eagle Tires, jumped in to donate the tire at no cost to help out this neighbor he had never met. As the tank was being filled and the tire was being replaced, Ms. Watson asked if she could be driven home to take her own medicine as she was not feeling well. Officer Gillotte drove her home and stayed with her until Ms. Watson felt better. Ms. Watson's car was returned to her driveway; full tank, new tire and ready for the road. I have long been a customer of eagle tire..as it was the only place that's open 24-7...that supposedly repairs tires. I had a tire patched around 5pm on Oct 10th, which was after-hours. On my way home my right front wheel came off as the technician forgot to secure the lug nuts on the front wheel...With an impact wrench. I ended up one Dale Mabry...on my way home after going to Whole foods when my wheel came off ,bending the hub assembly, and tearing four nubs off that held the screws. Their negligence and stupidity could have cost me my life. They are not professionals...as this is something I have never seen before in 40 years behind the wheel. read more
