I came in right before Christmas to get a second opinion on repairs that were going to run me $1600. they looked at it in less than an hour and told me that nothing needs to be repaired, my clamp just needed to be tightened. they didn't charge me anything when they could have easily scammed me like the other place was trying to. fast forward to 3 weeks later and my car is overheating again so I took it back. it took them over 4 hours to look at my car (irritating but they operate on a walk in basis), they fixed it and again decided not to charge me anything. I tipped them out of sheer principal. bottom line: these are honest people who operate with integrity. I will never go to another auto repair shop! read more

Tire world diagnosed my Jeep in conjunction with a collision repair, and while my brake issue was not attributed to the collision, they kept me in the loop at all times, and even allowed another mechanic who'd done my brake service last year to go look. Tire world was in between two different repair facilities pointing fingers at each other and they acted on my behalf, not letting any of the potential drama affect them in any way. Once I gave the green light to fix, they completed my repair in a friendly and timely manner and explained everything to me completely. Would return for maintenance and repairs. read more

This was my first visit there. They made me feel very comfortable asking if I needed coffee or water while I wait. They said it would take about a hour to put all new tires on with balance by the time I look up 45 min later my Ram truck was out front and ready to go. GREAT JOB!!! read more

I started my Tuesday morning with the spare tire on my car, and a flat tire in my trunk. Since Tire World is only blocks from my house, bringing it here was easy and convenient. They took my car into the bay, then came out with a huge hunk of metal that had embedded itself into my tire, making it un-patchable. They also brought me back into the shop so I could see that whatever I had run over had put gauges into 2 of my 3 remaining good tires. Ugh! End result - 4 new tires needed. Patty at the front counter was incredibly helpful. She pulled up the options on her computer so I could see the cost of replacement tires, and choose from what was available. She told me my car would be ready before the end of the day, and she called around 4:30 PM, saying it was ready, and would I like to be picked up instead of walking there because it was raining. Yes, please! The bill was incredibly reasonable for new tires plus alignment. Also with my purchase I get free flat tire repair and free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. I highly recommend Tire World for all your tire needs. read more

Originally went to Tire World and bought new tires and wheels - they recommended ( no pressure) to replace back brakes in the future . I went a few months later and had the brakes down I drive an 03 Toyota 4Runner and soon noticed a strong vibration on the steering wheel when accelerating - once again Tire World was able to replace front rotors Each service was done professionally and for a reasonable price The waiting room is clean and the staff is friendly! It's great to have an auto shop here in Seminole Heights for all car (big or small) repairs ! Thanks Patty for providing that service ! read more

Tire World. What can be said? That a true neighborhood gem like them still exists in this impersonal era of corporate incompetence is amazing. Two screws loose. Seriously, in the period of 3 weeks, I ran over 2 loose screws. My friend recommended Tire World. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and $20. The tech remembered my car. Same tire. Thank You. read more

Tire World deserves more than 5 (out of 5) stars for extra credit. They go the extra mile (no pun intended). They not only treated me great as a new customer, there was also a customer there to have her tire patched for the third time (for free), yet they were warm and sympathetic that she had to come in again for another nail in a tire. I find their pricing very reasonable and service top-notch. Great to support this business and hope they are able to stay independent (not part of a chain). read more

The customer service is great! My care is in better shape and condition. They were friendly, efficient and professional.

Through no one's fault, my order (from 8/2023) was never fulfilled. Months thereafter a spontaneous request for review was sent to me. I left an unflattering review. Within hours, I received communication from Tire World requesting info, with assurances that the company wanted to make this right. My part was ordered, received promptly by Tire World, and installed the next day. I believe in supporting local business and Tire World is a wonderful example of why everyone should do this. Please utilize Tire World for your repair needs. They WANT to be good partners! read more

This place is great with a very friendly staff, very professional. They took care my vehicle right away and prices are on unbeatable.

My family has been going to Tire World for 15 years and we have always felt that they are fair, honest and provide quality work.

I noticed our tire pressure dropping. We had our 2 year old grandson with us and were taking him to the zoo. To my panic, the pressure kept dropping so I knew we're gonna have a flat pretty quick. I stopped at a more well known shop, explained the situation and that we had a baby with us- 2 hours best estimate. I checked Google maps and Tire World was close- I called and yes they could help with no wait. They had it done in 10-15 minutes and my grandson got to watch and learn. They were so friendly and helpful. What a relief and a blessing to find this great business. Thank you! read more
