I came in right before Christmas to get a second opinion on repairs that were going to run me $1600. they looked at it in less than an hour and told me that nothing needs to be repaired, my clamp just needed to be tightened. they didn't charge me anything when they could have easily scammed me like the other place was trying to. fast forward to 3 weeks later and my car is overheating again so I took it back. it took them over 4 hours to look at my car (irritating but they operate on a walk in basis), they fixed it and again decided not to charge me anything. Tire world diagnosed my Jeep in conjunction with a collision repair, and while my brake issue was not attributed to the collision, they kept me in the loop at all times, and even allowed another mechanic who'd done my brake service last year to go look. Tire world was in between two different repair facilities pointing fingers at each other and they acted on my behalf, not letting any of the potential drama affect them in any way. I started my Tuesday morning with the spare tire on my car, and a flat tire in my trunk. Since Tire World is only blocks from my house, bringing it here was easy and convenient. They took my car into the bay, then came out with a huge hunk of metal that had embedded itself into my tire, making it un-patchable. They also brought me back into the shop so I could see that whatever I had run over had put gauges into 2 of my 3 remaining good tires. Ugh! End result - 4 new tires needed. Patty at the front counter was incredibly helpful. She pulled up the options on her computer so I could see the cost of replacement tires, and choose from what was available. She told me my car would be ready before the end of the day, and she called around 4:30 PM, saying it was ready, and would I like to be picked up instead of walking there because it was raining. Yes, please! The bill was incredibly reasonable for new tires plus alignment. Also with my purchase I get free flat tire repair and free tire rotation every 5,000 miles. Originally went to Tire World and bought new tires and wheels - they recommended ( no pressure) to replace back brakes in the future . I went a few months later and had the brakes down I drive an 03 Toyota 4Runner and soon noticed a strong vibration on the steering wheel when accelerating - once again Tire World was able to replace front rotors Each service was done professionally and for a reasonable price The waiting room is clean and the staff is friendly! Tire World deserves more than 5 (out of 5) stars for extra credit. They go the extra mile (no pun intended). They not only treated me great as a new customer, there was also a customer there to have her tire patched for the third time (for free), yet they were warm and sympathetic that she had to come in again for another nail in a tire.
