My vehicle was involved in an accident today, and dealing with this tow company made an already…read morestressful situation much worse. Law enforcement called them because the vehicle needed to be removed from the roadway. Our home was literally one street over (about 5 minutes away), and we politely asked if the vehicle could be towed there instead. To avoid any confusion, we called the number listed on the card while standing there. The woman who answered told us it was fine. We relayed that to the tow driver, and he start yelling wait until my dispatch call and even the responding officer confirmed there was no issue in our ask. When I recalled the office the lady tried to make it seem like money was an issue. Money was never discussed. Money was never the issue we were fully prepared to pay whatever towing fees were required. The problem was the tow driver. He became rude, dismissive, and argumentative for no reason. He repeatedly interrupted us, said he "didn't have time for this," mentioned needing to get to Lakeland, and ignored what both his office and the officer had already stated. Before we were even given a fair opportunity to decide where we wanted our own vehicle taken, he pulled off and said he was just going to impound the car. We never authorized that decision. This entire situation was caused by the tow driver creating unnecessary conflict and doing what he wanted to do. I called the company afterward and was told the manager would return my call, but I never received one. Accidents are stressful enough. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

I went to get a battery replacement on my 2016 Infiniti Q70 and everything was great honestly, up…read moreuntil I received my car. Customer service was good at the beginning and the pricing was reasonable as well. Before I got my battery replaced there was no damage to my windshield and | left with a cracked windshield. Before I even went to this place, I called in to make sure they'd be able to replace my battery correctly because my car requires for a cover, as well as other parts ( wipers / cowl ) to be removed and properly placed to correctly replace the battery without damaging anything ( LIKE THE WINDSHIELD !!! ) The owner whom I spoke with reassured me that he's worked on plenty of Infinitis and he understands how to replace that battery correctly because his daughter owned one. Anywho, after I receive my car and notice the crack, I called in not even 15 mins later and let them know that there's a crack in my windshield **RIGHT WHERE THE BATTERY IS LOCATED MIGHT I ADD** and the owner tells me that his mechanic did not crack my windshield and doubles down to say how that's impossible because the battery is located nowhere near the windshield, even though we've had an entire discussion about this beforehand. I took my car to the dealer that | got it from to get work done, and even the mechanic there pointed out that if my windshield had been cracked after getting my battery replaced, it was due to the mechanic not properly removing all of the necessary parts to replace that battery. I feel as if you all tried to play at my intelligence because I'm a woman and I'm young and you all think I don't know about cars, yet alone the car that I drive DAILY, but this is highly upsetting and I promise that was the first and last time you all will be seeing my business again. I understand we as humans are imperfect and we all make mistakes, which is why when I called in, I wasn't rude, angry, upset, etc....but to full on lie and practically insult my intelligence to avoid accountability on your end, especially as a business, is distasteful.
