After waiting for Dream Towing to come out and being stood up for 3 hours last Thursday and them never showing up, I was stood up again today by Dream Towing (the Monday before Hurricane Milton) needing to get my car towed to the garage and out of the parking lot that flooded during Hurricane Helene. After 'Dream Towing' not showing up again State Farm assistance booked me with Rock Solid towing. They called me right away, were kind and professional and let me know exactly when they would be there, showed up when they said and had everything hooked up within minutes and to the garage quickly. Ryan, the associate behind the desk was a class act. Nice greeting as I walked in. During three hour wait he ordered an Uber for a lady who didn't know how and was updating those in the waiting room on the status of their vehicle repairs. He even helped a customer charge his phone at the recharge station the store has. Keep up the great work Ryan! The shop hand tightens lugnuts to factory specs with a torque wrench. Ryan even showed me the tool. I watched part of my install and they appeared to handle the rims carefully. Keeping my 4 vs something higher for the reason noted before plus this time around I asked how much they would charge to flush/replace transmission fluid and was told they don't offer this service for cars with CVT transmissions. This eliminates a wide spectrum of vehicles that now use CVT transmissions.

After that I went for a ride and realised that the alignment wasn't done at all because of the steering wheel. I went back and they admitted that they didn't do the alignment. I had to wait for so long and still didn't get my money back. They told me to come again tomorrow to get the refund. It's not worthy to go there. Not recommended at all.
