During this timeframe they had hooked up my vehicle IN MY OWN COMMUNITY, Sylvan Crossing and as I ran out trying to stop them they told me "it's not our problem" and attempted to tow my car even though I was standing there. Proceeded to charge me an $80 drop fee. This should be criminal. Make these people go out of business. I don't know how anyone can do such a job, stealing people's hard earned money and sleep at night.
